The same ppl called me talking about legal matters and I could be attested. Telling me to call Kenneth Webster.

Good afternoon, I received this same call early Saturday morning, June 1, 2013, from phone number 415-952-7351.  This gentlemen stated that he was Senior Attorney Kenneth Webster and I needed to send him $599.00 for a pay day loan that was not paid off or he will turn my information over the the local police department to have me arrested. I am so glad I came up on these reports.  I pray that these cold hearted people get caught!!!

Same thing to me. We can catch osama bin laden but not this low level peice of [***]??? He needs to be stopped now

It is a scam!
I got one of these calls this morning, they left a message, Saying they were calling from "The State's Attorney's office",so I called them back and asked "WHAT STATE'S ATTORNEY"? He told me he needed to check my number first to tell me that info.
I instantly called [***], and told him If you are calling from a State's Attorney office", you would not need to verify my phone number to provide that to me. He had a bad accent, and was very rude. I cut him off and told him that to fraudulently represent himself as a Legal Government office is a crime...to which he replied to me "Suck my D*ck".  I started laughing at him...and that just made him more angry. He eventually hung up.

These people are scammers. Give them NO info, and pay them NO money! Any REAL litigation is going to come in the form of a legal letter, not a phone call.

Recieved a call from rhis number ftom some foreigner claiming to be an attorney's office telling me my ssn was involved in a fraud and I'd better get an attorney.  Whem asked for the ssm he supposedly had on file, he got very angry telling me I knew my ssn and wanted me to give him my full ssn. When I challenged him and told him if he had my info I shouldn't have to repeat it, he became extremely angry, yelling, threatening me with being arrested and I toldhim to go f@#! himself and that I was gonna call the FTC, he said "have mercy on my soul and the police will be notified and expect to be arrested tonight". I laughed and told him to learn his American laws before he tries to threaten people im the States and hung up.

I received a call from this number saying that they are coming from the IRS. They stated that they will deport me and throw me in jail. For $897.
