Hi Everyone I have been getting harassing  calls as well from the # 323 331 9189 also number 305 749 5209 Same as i read on everyone post guy called my job yesterday saying I will be arrested at work they will tell my job I'm a criminal and what i have done said i owe them $8000 for a supposedly $375.21 loan from American cash first off loans online do not have any type of cents in them . I knew right off that was a lie.asked me if i had an attorney because i'm gonna need one. said i would spend 6 months in jail police will come to my door and drag me to the police station funny thing same person has been calling my phone for weeks reading a scripted message all voice mails start off with the same thing he has a heavy middle eastern accent I thought he was Indian . barely speaks English .  I really need to know how to stop this calls especially the ones to my job. I need my job and do not want people thinking im so type of criminal by the lies they spread  . HOW CAN WE STOP THEM ? AND WHO DO I NEED TO CALL TO STOP THEM I LIVE IN LAS VEGAS NEVADA.

I also received a call early this morning at 9:38 am my time and since they are in california its 6:38 am over there they claimed to be calling from the state attorney's office I was like at this time he providied  me with the same phone number that appeared on my caller id and said to call ext 207 to find out information regarding a pending lawsuit against me .

I have mr number downloaded on my phone to stop those calls... As for the job let them know that all calls are monitored and recorded say the date and let them know that you are aware it is against the law to bother you at your job for payments and they will stop they might act like they will not but you will see that they do not call your job again ask them to take your job number off there call list.

this is the same call I got stated it was from the general attorney's office and even repeated my social to me thats when I was shocked im thinking this has to do with advance loans I applied for 1 like a 3 weeks ago and one of the companies even took 30.00 out of my bank account without my consent i had to change my bank info so im guessing that this is a scam and it has to do with people that inquired about pay day loans etc

Thanks Rose I put a 90 day fraud alert out with all 3 credit companies on my social security # cause its so scary that someone has all our socials job #'s  and personal info.  This People really need to be stopped!!!!!!!!!!   and by the way what is Mr. Number?

On 5/01/2012 I received a phone call about owing money to cash advance  i have some kind of law suit and i am going to be arrested i start asking question he could not give me any answer on could not give me any data or even a date.

i got a call and was told when i said take me off the call list,that if i released the call that i would face legal action. i redialed the number and asked what business this was,they said it was the California state attorneys office.

They called me and told me they will sue me who the hell is this????they been calling my job they been calling me saying they have my social security and when i call back it just rings busy so what kind of company is this?

this person continues to call and say i got a loan with cash advance and they are sending the police to my job to arrest me.

I gt the same phone call about 2hrs ago. It didn't make since to me, the way he was talking. I just called my laywer and he said that he is going to look nto it.

have ur job block there number, thats wat i did  I even had to prove to my boss that i wasnt a criminal, so i replyed to message and the record message that he had calledme while i was talking to him {my boss} after that he said dont worry about it and get a laywer and have them look into it
and block them numbers from ur phone

Keep getting calls from these people at my place of employment. I wish to report harassment. They keep insisting I am being sued to please contact a David Johnson to get more information or to contact an attorney.

I also get called from a hardley english speeking man who says his mame is Michael Johnson and that charges have been filed against me and my social security #. When you try to ask him questions he says that my attorney needs to call. I asked him what this is about and to send something to me by mail. He says that they have and I never responded. That is a total lie. They have called many times on my cell phone and I just laugh and tell them to take me to court because I now know there M.O.--- It is a total Scam But now they are calling me at work and to that I am going to have a co-worker tell him I no longer work here. and see if that stops them. Just Hang up!! Or try to get as much information as you can and Call the State Attorney Generals Office.

It is not a Company it is a scam and they are trying to get you to send them money. They try to scare you into thinking that you are some kind of criminal and you get so rettled that you agree to settle out of court and want you to send them money. They have called me twice at work and I just hang up or get as much Information and give to the Attorney Generals Office and Police. It is an Illeagle scam.

this company is a scam and yes they are very rude and when I call back and ask for the company name they hung up on me?

I got a call from this 323-331 9189 number a Shawn Miller, from State Attorneys office in California saying I had charges from a payday advance, I was like really can I have the docket number? ( Im a paralegal and know for a fact, that you cannot get arrested for owing money, especially on a pay day advance) when I asked for the docket number he said in his heavy Asian accent, you will get it when the Sheriff appears at your job. My response was ok then bring it, and he hung up.  These people are thieves and scammers. I've been taken too many times to fall for this [***] again.  If it true ( Which state attorney already told me to ignore) Then let them serve you, which they wont.

Same number keeps calling me saying his name is michael and after 2 minutes of talking he hangs up this is getting to be stupid! They call me every half hour! There is no way anyone from california should have my number. Its a scam if that number calls just ignore it.

You can actually sue them for threatening to take away your assests. I get calls from them too. But mine is from a Jose Castillo. I ignore it because I know it is a scam. But you can definetly take legal proceeding because they threatened to take your assests etc.

GOT THIS GUY AND TALKED TO HIM...SAME MESSAGE.  I ASKED THE NAME OF HIS lAW fIRM AND HE GAVE ME A NAME OF TE FIRM IN NEW jERSEY.  I called the NJ Bar Association and this is a legt firm.  I got their number form the bar assn and called them.  They never heard of these attoneys and it is a SCAM that has been going on since December.  It has been feported to the FBI.  I called the guys back to string them along and just when they thought I was going to send them money I told them what I did.....a string of profanity and a hang-up followed.  P.S.  They still continue to call as I was told they would.
