this # has been calling me on a daily basis,they never talk until today that they talked to my wife and asked for pierre,she told her i was not there.amazingly i also am an rbc customer.maybe its related

I called and spoke with them - asked them how to remove my number(s) ... to stop the calls.  They were happy to take the number(s) ..... said they would remove it / them ...
we shall see.

I was getting the calls with the busy signal when I answered, every two days.  I just spoke to Market Probe and they were super friendly and told me my number would be removed today.

This number has been calling for the last two weeks.  As with others who have posted, when we answer, there is no response.  At least we now know that if the person on the end of the line says that they are calling from the RBC, we will be sure to hang up!  Thanks for your help folks.

This numbers calls about once a day and there is no one speaking on the other end.  They hang up after about 20 seconds, and I can hear them hanging up the phone.  makes me think they are calling to check if we are home?

Got a call for this number this afternoon on my cell. Didn't pick it up as i'm working. They didn't leave a msg either...

Have been getting this call about the same time (suppertime) every day for a week now.  No answer when I pick up the phone.  Very annoying.

Receiving calls from this number. I finally answered it, they asked for my daughter. Now I'm concerned. They hung up as soon as I said she was not home and inquired as to who was calling. :s

I received quite a few calls from this number 416-233-0047 and the guy wanted to talk to me. I said this person is not available and you leave your number to call you back. He never gave his number to call back and constantly calling me. I said they have to leave their number and we will return their call but they hang up...... what's up with our DON'T Call List!!! Its annoying and if a research company keeps on calling you without identifying themselves then they are part of Scam and should be banned.

I received a call from tel # 4162330047 and they indicated they where calling on behalf of Purolator and were doing a survey on Purolator's behalf.  They wanted to know if i had used Purolator in the last two (2) weeks.  BUT they discontinued the call when I indicated NO.

Repeatedly having been contacted by tel. no. 416/233/0047 yet nobody there if answered. Today, July 27, 2011 at 5:23 pm they left on my voice mail the undisclosed humming - bunch of voices in the background as if called from a call center.

Tired of this number calling me....do the RCMP have a fraud line that someone can report this to?

I dont get it why must these numbers call all day long!!!!! I'm at the point i don't need a phone if i get more calls from strangers than my family and friends!! They don't say anything or leave messages.

Why does every law in the land not apply to banks in this Country?

They have been calling all day - my private number.  Always gone by the time I pick up .  Its after 9pm and they are still calling my house.

Nobody wants to talk to these slimeballs.  If I wanted my voice heard, I'd call them.  This is a scam.  They call and try to get private banking information to rip you off.  Report them to the Do Not Call list people in Ottawa!

Got this call at 12.55pm in my office. They hung up when they found out it was a business.  Put them on my blocked number list with Shaw.
