Here is this scam artist his new name is John Graham!! I don't understand what this guy gains??

His emails read exactly as all of you.  Became suspicious when he asked very few questions about the home itself.  On the verge of asking my current tenants if they would consider moving out a month early to accomodate the******* when I decided it all sounded too strange...and here I am.  Thank you all for taking a few minutes to post.  There must be a way to get them. If you know its a scam, scam them. Dont steal anything from them, just go along with it and waste thier time. Frustrate them, play stupid, have them fill out a million forms and spend thier money on postage. Have fun!

Still at it--has hit me for my rental under three different guises--Rev Allen James and more! started March 15 2009. This is so wrong.

No phone call, but we got a similar email from Dr. Chris Hunt, responding to our ad on Craigslist regarding our house for rent. Said he was coming into the states for a year or so to do pharmacy research.
My husband emailed him back asking for more information, as we do a complete background check before renting out, and we haven't heard back from him yet. Now I guess I can expect we won't.

Rec'd an email from jackgibson14@gmail.com although mine wasn't for an apartment for rent it was for a trailer we are selling on craigslist.  Didn't think too much about it til tonight when a man from a moving company called and said someone is using our bank account info to purchase a vehicle this was in Utah we live on the east coast.  The emails are very similar as to how he writes them.  Although we never gave him our account info it's just a little bizare that the moving company called us so I google his email address and found all these comments about the same email address.  So beware it's not just rental units.
