I think you are being a bit UN-professional here just because people owe money to someone does not give anyone the right for harassment regardless. In today's economy maybe try and get the money from the elected officials because they are the ones that make it hard for good people to not be able to pay , reason... they are trying to just survive because gas goes up 200%, Banks won't lend, and people are loosing their houses, i would pay my mortgage before any debt collector. I don't mean that they should be excluded from any debt but be civil about matters. Some people get afraid to talk to debt collectors because they call all hours and make people not want to talk to them.

If you have a name and address for them, send them a cease and desist letter. By Federal law they are allowed to contact you only 1 more time, IN WRITING and inform you of their intentions. They won't risk violating federal law to get a debt paid. I've been an attorney for 21 years and even I got a call from this number.

Well this is rather simple they have no clue as to whom they may be calling because they are to cheap and lazy to do any kind of record search to find current information on phone numbers and the present holders of such numbers with todays technologies where people change numbers as quick as they change their underwear they should give us all a break from these immature practices they should send a registered letter to the last known address if they are looking and leave the rest of us alone "NO I DON'T KNOW DERRICK" never have please go phishing somewhere else maybe a physical mailbox would work better      so 5708766309  we know you number and what your about.

Hey 'AB in Pittsburgh', I called that number for the 62 yr old couple, I guess they got slick and decided to block calls from anybody who *67.  I just started getting the 570-876-6309 USCB CORP, yesterday 9/13/2011.  I wasn't at home when they called and I tried to call the number back using *67 on my cell phone and it just rings. They called me on landline but I have no idea who they are.  I'll be looking out for that number again.  Yesterday was the first time they called and it was just one time.  No calls at all today but I'm sure they'll call back again.  They really do need to get a life.

They appear to be a debt collector, somehow affiliated with school debts.  If you are receiving phone calls and they are calling you in error, you should file a complaint with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection:

They were like that with me then they just zapped my checking acct. when I had a cut in my income

I have been receiving prerecorded message calls from this company looking for a Darin Surratt in regard to some credit problem for some time; often 3-4 times a day. I do not know this individual. I am the only person living here, I owe nothing except my car payment, my credit isoutstanding and am of the opinion that this company is calling every Surratt household across America looking for this Darin Surratt. It is annoying trying to respond to calls from my clients with this going on from USCB corp. It needs to stop or be legally stopped by authorities.

Does anyone have the address or phone number of the registered corporate agent for the USCB Corp?  I'm preparing to take them to court for harassment.  In addition to filing my action with the clerk of the court, I must also send a copy to their appointed corporate agent.  They are attempting to collect payment on a debt I've already paid, and they've been twice notified that the debt was already paid (to the school, not to USCB).  They insinuate that I'm a liar and persist calling.  I've recently sent a cease and desist letter.  I would love for them to take me to court to collect.  How nice it might be to file a counter-claim and to request damage awards.  I have great confidence in our American courts, but none at all in this "deaf" collection agency.  School sent me a receipt for my payment, USCB doesn't believe it.  Please take me to court!

Number keeps calling my cell-no answer  I would like whoever it is to stop.

These "people" are scammers looking for repayment for a debt that was 8 years old. They hound day and night. I just blocked them because they called looking for me by my maiden name. Plus they called at 9:01 PM EST. THAT'S 1 minute too late. [***].

They keep calling and no one at the other end, they call all times through out the day. I haven't been able to talk to anyone
