Got this call and no message

Called Twice in 24 hrs both after 5pm

Instead of getting on her and crying that someone is calling me and I am on the Do Not Call List, I read some of the more informative posts.  It is just a company that does surveys.  They are nice enough to offer a phone number for you to call and have your number removed from their internal list. 1800 864 8601 I have done it and it worked.  Take the time to do a little research and you will have nothing to cry about anymore.

Called 9-15-12 and left no message.  If it was legitimate, they should have left a message.

When Maritz calls wanting to do a survey, ask to be placed on THEIR DNC list. After that, you will not receive calls from them, regardless of client. Contacting the FCC will do nothing because they are not selling anything, thus the calls are not regulated by them. Very easy stuff.

I have been on their do not call list since august of 2011. They still keep calling. In the past two weeks, I have received at least 10 calls from them. Three of those times, I answered and informed them that I was on their do not call list. The responses were polite and they apologized, but they keep calling. They are taking surveys for Bank of America in my case - they also do surveys for others.

Today, I called BoA about it. I was informed that I had been on Maritz's do not call list since 8/2011. The BoA representative re-established my status on the don not call list.

I called a Bonnie Murphy at Maritz (Phone # 636-827-1995) and told her that I had been on Maritz's DNC list since 8/2011, but still keep getting calls. She apologized, re-established my number on the Maritz's DNC and said she would speak to her supervisor.

I told both BoA and Maritz that I would give it a week. If after that week I receive a call from Maritz, I will close all BoA accouts, take my BoA mortgage elsewhere and call a lawyer.This is harassment as far as I'm concerned.

Asking to be put on Maritz's DNC list does not work - their employees apparently don't check the list. Perhaps a class-action lawsuit will get the point across to both Maritz and BoA.
