I AM NOT SURE THIS IS DOING ANY GOOD IN POSTING THESE COMMENTS.   I AM GOING TO HAVE TO START RECORDING THEM EACH TIME AND TURN IT INTO THE NEWS STATION TO SEE IF I CAN GET SOME ACTION.

Hello, i would just like to add that i am a former employee of maritz research. I called and conducted survey's for bank of america. This was in no way a sales call, and it was just a voluntary survey. The FCC and the No Call list do not cover our service since the company is not a "telemarketing" company. You can however ask to be removed from the company's calling list, once the respondent has been verified. If someone does not answer, the number is re added to the registry, so if you are home when you receive the call, it is in your best intrest to answer the call. We have businesses in California, Missouri, and Sazkachuan. I hope this help some.

There is no excuse for this No-Caller-ID company to hang up without leaving a message.

    That's a deceitful business practice.

Got a call from this number saying it was Capital One wanting to take a survey about a recent call I made to customer service. I said "I'm not interested in taking a survey." The woman said "Sir, we're not selling anything we'd just like you to take a survey." I was like "I just told you I'm not interested in taking a survey. When did I say you were selling something?"

Anyway, whatever my level of satisfaction was with Capital One, it's now lower since they harassed me with this call.

I got these calls too. It was definitely Maritz on the caller id.
I received many robo calls form your company. When I finally answered to make it stop, I was asked questions about my bank account(Bank of america.) I said that I would prefer not to answer one particular question and the person just hung up. I wish I hadn't answered any and had just told your rep where to put it.

Received a call from Maritz, 571-431-1960, at least thats what the caller ID says. Caller says she is doing a survey for Bank of America. I called B of A security/fraud line. The person I spoke with there said " we don't farm out our research work to Maritz or anyone else." I know for a fact they do customer satisfaction surveys via email.  I looked up Maritz, they have no phone number or office listed in the 571 (Northern VA)area code. BEWARE!!!

Former employee??? You seem way too concerned as a "former" employee. In fact to get to this site, you would almost have to be a disgruntled recipient of one of these calls. You are also well aware of the laws regarding survey vs telemarketing calls. Perhaps as the former employee you claim to be, you should be aware that the name of the company is  (properly) spelled with an uppercase "M". You also claim in your last sentence that "we" have businesses. The word "we" is indicative of at least partial ownership of the company. Just a few sentences ago you were a former employee, now you are an owner? Also interesting is your horrible misspelling of the third location of "your" company. Perhaps you are really the scammer using the name of a reputable company to do your phishing? FCC and FTC have been notified in detail regarding these calls. Bank of America's privacy and security division also indicated they DO NOT use Maritz for any survey work.

Caller wanting to know if we liked our bank and asking different questions like what did the teller talk about. From a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate them. Hung up on this caller. Idiotic.
