Calling continuously for the past few days ... different times ... even on weekend.  No message.  Why are we blogging?  Who does this belong to????

These people call me 10 times a day, but whenever I answer I don't get anything - no recording, no human, nothing! It's really interfering with my business, but since I cannot get ahold of anyone, how am I supposed to find out what they want?!?! This is no way to take care of business. I have a Macy's card that is up to date on payments, but if this IS Macy's, I'm canceling my card with them. This is ridiculous.

Got a call from this number but did not answer because I did not recognize it.  I did however google MCCS which came up on my caller ID and found it to be the Marine Corp. Community Services.  I hope this helps.

I answer the call...its an individual with an india accent. asking me do  i have an account with macys or bloomingdales and possibly i may have miss a payment on my credit card.  he asked me which card do i have, i told him you tell me.  he went on to say that to help him he needs my informatioin i told him. i told him to not to called back.

I stayed home from work today and have received close to 10 calls from this number.  I answered twice, and stayed on the line for a good 10 seconds and there was no answer.  This is getting on my nerves!

Today received 6 calls so far. No messages.

It is Macy's I called the 800 number on the back of my card and then I called the 737 number and got the same person.  It is the Macy's collection dept.

This number called my cell and I don't recognize the number but I picked up anyway and there was silence, then I said hello like 2 more times and a guy with an idian accent spoke and asked for Marcy but I'm not Marcy, and I said Marcy does not have my number and he said sorry for bothering you and hung up. I'm suspicious of numbers like this calling me so I'm reporting it.

This number calls me everyday and never leaves a message.  I finally called back and this is Macy's credit and the call is for anyone with a Macy's credit card.  When asked to give me a specific name of a card holder the response was that this was not possible.  I did not give any info but rather said too bad and hung up

Unless Macy's is aware of this I thinks it's a slimey way of obtaining personal information.

I get calls from this number two to three times a day, everyday.  It's annoying!

I received a call before 9 am on Memorial Day couldn't get to the phone fast enough; I called back and it was answered, but no one said a work. Now sorry because they have my phone number registered on whatever phone that called. Especially from looking at the other notes.

They call all day everyday even on holidays and Sunday collections

I'm closing my account simply because of the way they harass people. I have scheduled payments, which they obviously dont check first.
They've called me every 2 hours since 7 am; totaling 7 calls so far today. That is harassment if I have ever seen it.

They called me 6 times today already.  It is a holiday and even more annoying the 1st call came in at 5:30am PST.

Called and did not leave a message. If it is Macy's, why don't they leave messages? How will I know what they want from me and who they are?

Stop Calling

ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i counted... 33 calls.   33 calls! starting at 9am and ending around 8pm.  I have actually put their caller ID into my phone as "No". I called the number back twice, once i figure dit would be automated but when they said the convo may be recorded for training purposes i hung up.. the other time I was like i really want to know who this is, so i let it get past that point and a lady answered "Credit Services how can I help you", she was not Indian. I just hung up. I no longer live at home adn my mother just called me to tell me a Credit Card company was calling the house! Said it was a "courtesty call" for me, when she asked what it was regarding. Yeah right. I cant belvie it took me so long to look up the number here or I would have answered and been acted like a freakshow over the phone. I AM late on a MAcys payment by like a f*cking week. What i really want to know though is if it IS macys doing collections calls, or if its a scam.  I mean i want the calls to stop. I guess i could just pay my bill, huh. hm... maybe ill do that.

Several calls a day.  I don't answer numbers I don't know.  Never leaves a message.

My Macy's payment was one day late, was the first time I have ever been late and I have already paid it.
So, if it is Macy's, they are a little late in calling me.

Annoying - bad English person

Annoying caller from this number that says for some reason that it is a Florida Call. Never answer from someone out of state and they just keep calling! My phone won't shut up!
