Just as others have described, these people call several times a day, never leave a message. If they had legitimate business, they'd leave a message. I picked up the phone tonight to try to put an end to it. After a lot of hello-ing back and forth, they hung up. So I called the number back (it was on my phone ID). I asked who or what MCCS is, and the person, who barely spoke understandable English, said something that included the word Bloomingdale's. I said I wanted them to stop calling me. He wanted my last name. Since he'd asked for me by that name before, I told him. Then he wanted to the number I was calling from. Fine, I gave him that, since that's the number they've been calling. Then he wanted my social security number. I said, No, you don't need my social security number to put me on a do not call list. He kept insisting, I kept refusing, and pretty soon we were trying to outshout each other and I hung up. There's got to be a way to stop this sort of harassment. Who can really do something about this?!

Very annoying...This number sometimes calls my house at least 3 times a day, so I put the phone up to my computer speakers and blast some music...

# calls repeatedly my work & cell #. seems to have my name & my husband's name.  leaves a message occasionally w/nothing on it.  answered one time and it is an indian guy. told him i would call better business bureau if he didn't stop calling.  he said he was from "ACL" technologies. or something liek that.

Number came across my caller ID, didn't leave a message; wonder if it can be blocked? Tired of these no name telephone numbers!!!

This number has called me 5 times today. I do not pick up because I do not recognize the number. Nobody even leaves a message.

These idiots called me 16 times in 2 days...........Don't they understand English enough to understand when I say....you must have the WRONG number. I can't understand you!!!! This is America, speak ENGLISH. I don't have a Macy's card and I will NEVER shop there!!

I've been getting these calls nonstop for the past month and a half. Yesterday I finally answered and a man asked to speak with "Robert Zawistowski" That's not my first or last name nor do I know anyone by that name. They don't leave messages either, which is even more irritating. Is there any way to block these calls?

I get calls several times a day with no one on the other end.  I checked my macys account and am not overdue.

I have reported this company (the indian you are getting on the phone is from HCL, they were hired by FDS Bank who was hired by Macy's) so I reported FDS to The Better Business Bureau. The number called me 15 times today AT MY WORK...if we all file complaints something will be done. Please take the time to report them it only takes like 10 min

They call me 4x aday! Just clicks, no recordings, no human, no machine! Super annoying!

this number calls me at least 5 times a day. including early in the morning when i'm not even awake yet! how did you guys get them to stop calling you?!

They have called me from this number at least 20 times in the past 4 days, including a few calls one right after another! SO ANNOYING! I answered and told this guy to stop calling, "He said but I'm calling from Macy's." I said I just called Macy's today to pay my bill, your not Macy's! Stop calling this number! He was clearly in a call center, I could hear all the people talking in the background. I hung up, hopefully he does not call me back!

I received 2 or 3 calls from this number.  Could they be tied to Dish Network?  I don't have (or want) a Macy's card.  The only thing new with me is I dumped our lousy cable and went with Dish...

I receive these calls numerous times a day over several weeks.  I was waiting for a call from my mother since my dadis near death and it was a man from this number.  I told him I was in the middle of a family crisis and please don't call  back.  They have called 5X today. A decent person or company should honor a death in the family.  I get so tired of these scam calls...what good is the no-call reg???No one seems to obey it and no one seems to back it up or go after these scumy people.

They call 10 times a day, they never respond when I answer. Do not leave messages.

Have called twice already today on my cell phone, no message.  Called them back, couldn't understand the guy at all.  Asked if I have a Macy's or Bloomingdale's card, I told him I have a Macy's card.  He asked for the account number for "verification".  Told him, "I'm not giving you that information," and hung up.  If it really was collections they would have your information ready and would leave a message.  Plus I've never been late with a payment in 5 years.  Very fishy, don't give out information.

This is very fishy, I have never had a Macy's or Bloomindale's card. And I just received two calls here at work from this number goth an hour apart. It's a good thing my home is used only for internet. Maybe we all should get one of the air horns like people use at games and evertime we get a call from this number we sound the horn that should make them stop ;o)

I get daily calls from this number. Have for a couple of months now. However, I have gone stealth with my phone numbers and I never hear a ring. I have a Gizmo "Call-In" number that costs me $35 per year and that has become my official phone number of record. All I get is an email with a voice message attached only if they leave one. This company doesn't. The email  has the phone number in the subject line so it is easy to filter as spam. If there's no phone number in the subject then it gets filtered as spam. This will all get easier for everybody as Google Voice continues to roll out its free service that does the same thing. Let these idiots call all they want...I don't hear a phone ringing and the email goes right in the trash. HA!

This number makes me wanna die inside everytime I see it. I was like 4 days late, paid them this morning and my phone is still rining off the hook.
