This number has called me four times today (6/20). I've answered twice. The first time I didn't hear anyone on the other end so I hung up. The second time I answered they hung up on me.

From what I'm reading here it looks like I'm going to ignore them now.

Receive 2-3 calls per day - they never leave a VM message - if I answer they hang-up.

This number keeps calling (cell phone) me 5-7 times per day. As soon as I pick up they or "it" drops. They call me for two weeks now. If I see this number I dont pick uo anymore.
I tried to call back but never got to live person. My cell's number on National do not call list. But looks like that system is not working...

Can someone advise something?

This number has been calling 8-12 times per day for three weeks.  Just filed a complaint with FCC.  I encourage others to do the same.  Posting on this board lets everyone know what is going on, but will not stop this company from continuous harassment.

Plenty of calls from this # started very early, about 8 AM. I called the # back and it sounded like an Indian dude ,strange not what I expected with that area code. He was very rude and not very clear as to whom he is with. I'm thinking Hmmm... Where is that wistle???  Keep calling. That should end quickly!

727-556-7300 has been calling my phone 3x a day for 3 weeks.  2 weeks ago my assistant answered the phone.  My name was mispronounced so I asked her to take a message.  They said Ms Hays.  My assistant relayed the name whom I was unfamiliar with and asked her to take a message.  Ms Hays then says I need personnel information from her and will only talk to her.  My assistant says I need more information before she will accept the call.  Ms Hays says no.  I told my assistant to hang up.  Ms Hays does not stop calling my phone.  Since JUne 15th this has been going on.  She has called over 15 times and has never left a message.

They call from this number at least once a day 7 days a week, thought it was Macy's but I already made my payments..If anyone knows more info please let me know!

I kept getting calls from this number on my cell phone. It is Macys collections. They are looking for someone who used to have my number. I told them to stop calling. They never did. I finally called Macy's corporate office @ 513-579-7000. Then demand to speak with someone in the Presidents office. They handled it for me, and permanently removed my number from their collections database. The people at corporate were very nice. Don't call macys customer service. They are no help.

These people have been calling my house everyday of the week,the say they are Brooklyn Union Gas, and they want to come to my house and inspect and if we don't comply we could get a violation. I went online and check and found out that they were once National Grid, I called National Grid, and spoke to a representative they said they have No such offers and they don't use that name and if we get a call from that "company" again it has nothing to do with them,and the only reason they would come to our house to inspect is if we called them and we could call the fire company instead.

These people have been calling me trying to get me to make an appointment with them for them to come inspect my house I don't believe them, I called back the number, this number but it went to a recording saying "you have reached the credit department" I found that to be very strange.

Collection for Macy's and Bloomingdale's

I continue to get calls from the 727-556-7300#..when I finally got a live person on the phone it was a foreigner I asked who they were looking for and I have no idea who they asked for..I asked where he was calling from and he tells me HTL Technologies. I asked him what MCCS on my CID stood for and he claimed to have no knowledge of it. Now I see whst MCCS stands for, now can I get them in trouble for misrepresentation????

I noticed the number coming in on the call ID...1-727-556-7300. It reads MCCS. Every hour on the hour for 2 days. On the 3rd day I picked up the phone & told them I'm on the national do not call registry, I couldn't understand a word he said in reply. This went on for 2 more days. They wouldn't tell me why they were calling and asking for my husband. On the 4th day I understood only the word, MACY'S. I asked my husband if he paid his Macy's bill he said, "yes." On the 5th day, finally, I could understand the representative from India. She explained the Visa & Macy card being 2 accounts. I told her, I find it very hard to believe Macy's would harrass customers in such a way over a $44 payment, which was paid, but on the visa not the store account. She fixed. I then called Macy's 800 number & spoke to a clear speaking representative. I explained the situation. He apoligized & gave me a FAX number to complain...here it is folks...7275565197. Spread the word. He explained the last 2 digits on the visa & the macy's accounts were different & that's how you clarify the accounts. If the visa card was used in Macy's the bill will be on that account. If the card was used in any other store but Macy's it will be on the other account. P.S. I did report them to the national do not call registry before everything was clarified...oh well...that goes to show them!

They call me every day, every single day without fail...  I pick up, no answer...  I ignore, they continue to call. No way for me to win on this it seems.  Wife has a macy's card with 0 balance and has never had a balance on it.
