Got a call just a few minutes ago, from Brenda Watkins, she told me she had info on a restraining order against me, and I said oh ok.. She gave me a case number, and then asked me to repeat it, I told her I did NOT need to repeat it as I had perfect hearing, she got annoyed, and again told me to repeat it. I again told her NO, she got upset. Then gave me the above number to call within 24-48 hours.
Told her it would take them longer then 24-48 hours to drive here to serve me, so tell em to get goin quick.
She got pissed, I told her she did not need to get an attitude and [***] cuz I would not repeat her case number.
She said, I am not getting [***], you are... I told her she was a crazy [***], and she said I was the one being a [***]. Then she said to someone, *she just called me a [***], and then asked them if she could call me a [***] back lol
Told her, she already did call me a [***] and then let her know, she had not met [***] yet...
She then told me I was crazy and hung up lol
then 30 seconds later, she called back and I picked up and just started screaming in the phone and she again called me a crazy [***] and then hung up lol

My husband got a call this morning from Paul Stevens from Direct Process Servers. He claimed there was a court date that my husband missed and had a restraining order against him. I tried to get more info from him and I asked did he have the right person.He could not give me my address # but did get the road we are on. He told me to have my husband call 757-214-6758 within 24 hours. He gave me a case #  k45D-1729. Can these people be stopped?

Same thing and they also called from a blocked # at 3:53 AM.  I went on line and filed a complaint with the FTC.  Done with these folks.  I have recently had my credit checked and perfect so no clue why they are calling unless it is nothing but a scam and sure smells like it.

I called them 30 to 40 times a day thay tryed there litle tricks ( like a cop texing me to tel me to stop calling them) I will keep calling them 40 times a day till thay stop calling people and sitting in jail

recieved a call today saying that I have been sued. Automated service gave me the case number abd then asked of me to show up in court myself or my attorney to take care of thei civil matter. there is a restraining order that have been filed against me. I am wooried . I called the number back 7272021062. they give you three options to pick from . when I chose one of the options . automated recording says sorry your call cant get through at this time please try again.
If some one knows any thing about this please let me know.

They told me that they was some kind of law firm.

I've been receiving the same calls once a day.  I never answer but someone leaves a message stating they have contacted relatives and they are trying desperately to get a hold of me because I am being named in a file suit.  None of my relatives have ever came to me stating they received a call.  I have yet to call them back or answer their calls.  It is getting annoying and hope they are prosecuted and stopped soon.  Thank you for the information.
