Hi I just recently received a call from this number, an anonymous caller saying that my sister or brother in law has been charged with a restraining order of some kind of insane matter.

My Mother, also MaryAnn Johnson, 84, received a call from this number.  It was on 7-31-2012 at 2:42 p.m..  She said they spoke very fast, too fast for here to understand.  They stated that we are being sued about something.  The caller-ID says that they are from Chesapeake, VA.

received a "unavailable" call today from Debbie Carter special investigator who stated she was hired to contact me in regards to a complaint that was filed against me. she stated it was a legal/civil matter and gave me a phone number and a file number and further stated that i have 48hrs to contact Direct Process Servers ... or else! i called 3 times was automatically placed on "ignore" and never spoke with anyone. i left a message for them to contact me and told them if they call unavailable i will not answer!! i am contacting my dist. attorney regarding this crock of crap!!!

i am retired ploice office in turn this company said there was a police office i asked for the id number then in turn what do you mean.. i got news for you this company lie to get at people and they use what ever they can to do so.
i told them bring them down to texas and this oak cliff boy will show them what need to be do with there paper work..

I got the same threatening voice mail about a court appearance and restraining order.  I automatically googled the 757.214.6785 phone number before doing anything else and saw all these posts.  This is the first and only call I've received so far, but this is ridiculous! I called it just now and a guy finally answered, the first thing I did was ask his name and he immediately hung up on me.  I called right back and it rang and then had be on hold and then hung up on me.
Is there somewhere or someone we can report this to???

OMG !!!! This number called my in-law today stating that he needed to get in touch with me by Tuesday gave her a case #, his name John Brown, to make it odd is that he said I gave her # as my contact being that she just changed her # & I don't even know it, come on & my in-law when I have my own family as contact this is BS. I'm going to call them back but from the police department.

Ok, I almost vried when I heard this voicemail. A lady caleld me and said that I had a Legal Suit filed against me,. That I needed to get a lawyer and appear and court and she gave me this # 757-217-6785 and a  case #. and tehn she mentioned something about a restaining order. I am so glad that I looked this # up because I was albout to lose my mind. So this is for sure a scam???? How can I report this? How do I know I'm not in trouble? hould I call the # back?

Got a call from these people this morning and have spent some time trying to find out about them went on line and there they were!  It's a scam.........................beware!

This just happened to me--Direct Process Services or something? They have my SS number, address, birthdate, and CALLED MY 85 YEAR OLD FATHER looking for me, scaring his poor wife half to death.

I called, first woman said I could go to court or settle. I became upset, she said they'd send out the subpoena again, said "good luck in court" and hung up on me. Called again, and when I said I'd just spoken with someone there who hung up on me, HE hung up.

Is there anything that can be done? I'm afraid they've perpetrated identity theft, and I'm afraid for my dad and stepmother too since they clearly have their info.

The same message was left twice at my mother's house and appears to be a scam. I called
the number and listened to music for 10-15 minutes each time. I'm glad others have had the
same experience and it is a scam.

Got the same message as everyone else- glad I checked it out here.  Will contact police in the morning to make a report just in case anything weird starts happening with my cell phone bill or anything else.

I got a call from this company and politely explained this was the wrong number that a Robert didnt live here and asked to be placed on the do not call list. Kaly refused to placed me on the do not call list and said if i wanted my number removed i needed to call her boss at 7572146785 and while i was talking to her she got a nasty attitude because i was taking up her time now. REALLY you are not going to follow federal guidelines that fines your company thousands of dollars and when I ask you get an attitude about it. I called her manager to try and explain this issue dude did not apology at all didnt really care I got upset and explained what this could mean to his company he just said whatever we arent going to remove your number and hung up. I will be contacting the US attoneys office and filing a complient with the better business beraru.

I got a call this afternoon from an unknown number on my phone.  I did not answer it but a very detailed message was left for me.  Investigator Russell Wright an african american man said that a restraining order had been put against me.  He stated that myself or my lawyer would need to contact the company within 24-48 hours in reguards to this matter.  He also said I wish you luck getting out of this.  I called the number back hitting each number at a time that was available and I could never speak to anyone at all.  I will b calling back tomorrow informing these scam artists that I have reported them to the fcc and I know they are true scammers.  I have never in my life been in any trouble for any reason...This is a definate scam!!! These people are some real characters.

I received a call at work from a guy he was an investigator for a processing company and I had a litigation and restraining order against me. As I listened to the caller it seemed as though he was reading a script because once I asked questions that did not relate his script he was all side tracked. He gave me the same number 757-214-6785 and told me to give claim number #$%^*. I then asked him why was there are restraining order against me in Virginia seeing that I had never been there? He could not answer-I then asked him where he was calling from? He told me he was calling from Virginia yet the number I saw on my work caller ID showed something totally different. I confronted him about the call and the number and he began to get frustrated. I asked him WHAT TYPE of investigator was he? LAW ENFORCEMENT? No he said a processing investigator? What the HECK is that?? This person clearly could see that he called the WRONG PERSON today!!! I gave him the "what for" and the "who is!" When I called that number he called me from all I got was a busy signal. What a way to work a job!?

i got contacted from this company saying that i have a past due account.with a payday store the guy that called me was jason mall and also russell wright telling me that i have 24 hours to contact them or i will have to appear in court and too also contact a lawyer.i have called them about twelve times and havent recieved a call back they have called my place of work they are very harrassing.i have recently set up payments with the store i owe the money too

People please stop posting your claim numbers. When I got the first call that gave me that phone number and claim number, I called the 757 number and only gave my claim # and asked them to help me with it. That is when the man asked me if I was _____ and if my address was _____. So if anyone was to call with the claim numbers you have posted, they would give them your info. That is the scary part. I had never taken out a loan, but they did have alot of personal info on me that made me very uncomfortable as with many of you. Please just be careful what you post on these sites, it's not safe.

got phone call from special agent john . needed to call 7572146785 about a case agianst me from bank that i owed money . told them to send sopiena. my bank said do not call them back.

Well they have made a mistake now because I answer the phone for an office of over 30 employees in a Federal building.  You cant call a federal building and do this.

are covering a complaint against her.They would not give me any information when I told them

It is a big scam.I have been getting the calls for two years now.If you tell them to bring it on and don't take their crap they hang up on you.I always call back and harass them like they do me .That part is fun.When the Indian guy says Hello my name is John Smith I laugh and say yeah John I am Queen Elizabeth leave me the hell alone.If anyone knows where to report them Please LET ME KNOW.They try to scare you .I always tell them I am not an idiot I know who I get money from.I also say I have a list of people who call me and am sending it to the state dept.they hang up and leave me alone a few months.
