Thank you all for this...They have been calling my place of employment for weeks and then called my parents house..I just called and cancelled my cc because silly me, knew I had taken out a Pay Day loan years ago and thought for a SECOND that I hadn't paid it back because the people on the other end sounded to be geunine people.  They had my SSN and address as well.  If it is a legitmate business in any way shape or form, I will just take my chances in court as well.  They honestly had me freaked out for a minute stating that someone had a restraining order out against me, but what company takes out a restraining order on someone to try and get a payment repayed....smh at myself for even believing them for a second.

Forgot to mention the guy name who contacted me was Mr. William Oaks...and not to mention, I should have known something was up, because in the middle of asking Mr. Oaks a bunch of questions another identified male jumped on the phone and started talking.

I rec'd a call from special investigater Donnie Brook with the message that I or my attorney call back within 24-48 hrs or he would have to follow through with the restraining order. Left an affadavit #.  It came from unknown caller but he left the 7572146785.as a call back. I am 1200 miles from that area code. There is no reason in this lifetime for a restraining order against me.

Received a call from a person claiming to be a special investigator saying someone put a restraining order out on me. The women gave me a case number and said to call the above phone number for further details.

just received a phone call from Ms. Corrine Dunkin, myself, claimed she was from the Red Cross and someone was trying to contact me about a case STAR-XXXX and I needed to return a call to 757-214-6785, SCAM

got a call from "direct process servers" saying i had a pending legal matter and needed to call them

WHAT LIARS---------A TRACY GORDEN CALLED MY NO. CA;LLED BACK AND ASKED FOR - Debbie Miller, after reading this phone No. search info posted here....called back 2nd time, recorded message and left one of my own about turning info over to Feds for investigation which I am doing this afternoon...........ID # ceootIJN777

got a call from a rude person threatening me,told them to sent it in the mail,called the 757-2147-6785
they were looking for somebody else,I advised I plan to report her to Wavy10,her response We don't care who you call..how bout you get off my line.

I have received numerous calls. Requests for info have been ignored. Threats of garnishments & "restraining order". Last calls received 05/31/2012.

When my son called to follow up they hung up the phone.

The more I insisted on documentation the person hung up & music began to play.

I just got a call from them. A Linda Woods claimed I was being sured and to call this number 7572146785 and reference claim GRYE2600. I spoke with a "Mr. Clark" who told me I was being sued and would be arrested for fraud on a payday loan. When I started to question him on the loan (knowing I dont have any) he said it was issued to my by a SunTrust bank. I said oh really lets call them together as I know the manager of the local branch (I bank with them). He said F*** and disconnected the call. Just question them it all falls apart.

They called me and called my mother about a restraining order on my bank account if I didn't settle out of court.  The account that they are trying to collect on has already been resolved.  I called them many times from different phone numbers speaking to a Christopher Clark, Chrissy Taylor, Quinn Bryant, Lisa, and pressed them on information as to who they are and why they are calling me.  Each time I pressed them, they immediately hung up the phone.  I continued to call back til Lisa tells me that I am harrasing them!! If you call the number 757-214-6785 and press 3 they immediately answer cause that's the selection"" to settle your account.""  Everyone should do this and harass them.  THIS IS A SCAM!! DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.  WHAT THEY ARE CLAIMING IS AGAINST THE LAW!!File a complaint with the FTC and put these scammers out of business!!!

i just got the same call but it was for my girlfriend, who is at work. i took the info down and gave it to her. but what tipped me off is
1. we live on the west coast. how would she get a restraining order on the east coast.
2. my girlfriend has never so much as had a parking ticket. let alone harass someone!

when i asked "SPECIAL INVESTIGATOR BROOKS" directly if it was in regards to a debt, he got a little hostile and said "i told you it was about a legal matter, in regards to a restraining order!"
he then asked again if i was the person he was looking for. i told him no! he got rude and said then i cant discuss this with you! and i hung up on him.

truthfully if they couldn't discuss it then he wouldn't have told me that much. and if it was for a restraining order they would have mailed something out.

Received a call from this number earlier today. Said I had a outstanding balance. I believe this is a SCAM call. Do not fall for this scam !

Sam this is a SCAM. Some people called the police where they lived. For me a woman called said I had to call that number  within 24 hours or I would be sued.  I call they were rude and when I told them I did not have a Visa card hung up on me. There is always someone out there trying to scam you.

Thank you to everyone for saying something.  I guessed it was a scam but I got nervous.  The caller that called me was named "Willard" - sounded African American.  He first asked for my brother in law by his name.  when I said he had the wrong number then he used my name.  He was very rude and pushy.  I told him not to call back that I was not giving any info.  He called right back, I picked up and then hung up again.  He called back again and left the same message people have reported previously.  I am so glad that this web site is up!  I almost called because I wanted to figure what it was all about.  At this point I will leave it alone and try to complain to the agencies listed above.
