Got a call from a Tracy Jorden to day she told me to call this number 757-214-6785 to stop this matter before it goes to court. All I could do was laugh and say .......... you guys are funny and GOD have mercy on you for trying to con and scam people out of money.

I got the call today.  They had the first 5 of my social and the wrong birth date.  I gave them the right one not thinking then they asked if I had an account with Wakovia I said no and they said they reached me by mistake. Have they ever taken anyone's identity and started accounts under their name? Should I be worried?

I love the fact that they somehow got my father in laws number and 2 friends before they called me. When they called me they said just to call the number and they would give me all the info. She would not tell me anything and hung up on me.

i just got a call from the same number. have called them several times and  each time i call they hang up on me. i will be reporting them th county  attorney's office in virginiia. These people are scammers, please do not give them any information. These people and companies like these will get what's coming to them very soon.

Don't trust it please! Company left several messages about a restraining order but they kept referring to me by the wrong gender. I'm thinking well if I had such a thing against me they would probably know what gender the person is at least. Then when I called they asked me to verify the last 4 of my SSN. I'm said no, why did you call me. She said we have to verify it to make sure of who we are talking to and kept insisting I give it to her. I hung up. Crazy dumb parasites

I was contacted stating that m lee was a court advisor and was getting me a claim number for future court appearance for a unpaid payday loan.

I do not have any unpaid loans and my credit is good.  I am going to alert the attorney general

Called a relative of mine & threatedned about a subpoena & court action...If they only knew I work somewhere where u can look up everything...And this is regarding a payday loan from many moons ago...Uggh! Scammers.

I just received a call from Inspector Paul Stevens saying the same thing, he called me at work. I have had this happen a couple of times, it is a scam and I am glad I took the time to look up each of them to see if it was a scam. Thank goodness for this. Something needs to be done about these people.

I received a call today at work and I was threaten again as usual from this outrageous scam they are playing on the innocent citizens.  I am getting pretty frustrated and tired of them calling and threatening me.  They also called my home and my mother who is elderly was very upset and scared.  I told her it was a SCAM and ignore the calls.  They cannot do a thing because I have reported them to the local police, FBI, FTC, Internal Revenue Service, Attorney General.  It is illegal to contact anyone at work and these people should be prosecuted to the extent of the law.  I have learned my lesson not to give any information on the computer with pertinent information.  I will never apply for a PAYDAY loan on line either.

Yes - same here. Keep calling me with a case number and telling me I am being taken to court on a $500.00 payday loan from two years ago that I never took out. Damn. They have my SSN. Help!  What do I do?

I also received a phone call from a person name Russell Wright. I was also told I had a judgement against me.i called the number back and was put on hold to music. This is a scam. I hope no one falls for this. I'm going to report them to the Attorney General and see if there's something that can be done.
