You have been posting the exact same post pretending to be "UNITED HEALTHCARE" and "OptumRx".  This is the sort of moronic desperation seen usually from the phishing scammers in India.

Just rec'd a call stating they were from UMR division of UHC and needed me to call back on 866-575-2540 in reference to some benefits.  Called the number from the back of my insurance card and they do not have a Portia that works there.  And there are no notes in the system stating they have been trying to contact me.

It really is UHC - I called UHC the other day to have them find me a doctor because everyone I called on the plan said they are either not taking any new patients or are too far - they called me back from this # to provide me a new doctor.  However, as stated in one of the posts above, you cant call them back at this number (?) they re-route you thru the phone # on the back of your card.  Hope this helps :)

Keeps calling 5 - 8 xs a day

Its annoying, during dinner, afternoon, at eveing.

They called me for the last three days. They call every 2 hours. When they do the phone will ring 8 times in 4 minutes straight. What they don’t know is I blocked their number so it does not ring and disturb me. If they really want to talk to me then why don’t they leave a message. If they try to change the number they are calling from I got that taken care of too. Any calls that come in that is not on my contacts list gets a dog barking ring. So I don’t answer that call at all. If they leave a message I call them back if not then I put it on the block list.

I got a call this afternoon at 4;06 pm CST from 763-274-3889, which I didn’t answer. My phone was messing up and didn’t tell me I had a message until just a few minutes ago (9:20 pm), and from what o could hear of the message it sounds like what most of the above messages have reported.

The problem lies here: I don’t have UHC or OptumRX, or any program through them. My employer uses BCBS, and has for several years now. Why would someone from UHC be calling me to verify information???

14 times in a row this # had called my phone.  I missed the call but immediately I thought wow this seems a little excessive considering I don't know anyone at this number. I decided to look it up and saw that various people have had complaints about it,  and that those who spoke to someone, stated that they claim to be UHC. Justice observation alone, I know for certain they're a scam.  Companies do not call repeatedly, without leaving message. ut it's usually to have a so called CO. harass your phone until I guess they get tired of calling.

This number just called me. They said they were United health care and calling to confirm my upcoming surgery. They knew my dr. They varied my address, last 4 digits if ss, and bday. Then wanted my cc to pay the 10% I will owe when I have my surgery.

Called 2 times first message had really hard accent could not understand, second call told me they were from social security and said there was a pending law sute against me and needed my SS number said told them F--k you and hung up

Got 2 calls 12/12 410pm spoof UnitedHealth care. Left no message, called back diff phone and recording said this was outgoing phone# only. I do not have UHC.

Received call from Charlene from this number. Said she was calling from "off shore".  Its a SCAM, I believe.

Don't believe the response from "a real caring nurse".  UHC is certainly big enough and aware enough to fill in the caller ID info.  Instead, we get BIG LAKE MN.  Called my phone 12 times this morning. Answered twice and it hung up on me.  UHC has email and text info.  Hasn't used any of them.  SCAM.
