its not a scam, they are a compnay with United health care, they are RN nurses doing follow ups on your health, usually after surgery or something like that  they make sure follow ups and such

UHC has a new program where they are assigning everyone with certain insurances their own nurse case manager. This is so if you want help to quit smoking, lose weight or general health information. I recieved info on this in the mail as well as by phone from UHC.

Received call for this number at 9:31 am on Feb. 24, 2012.  Comes up Wyoming on caller id.  No message left.  Very annoying.  In reading some of the other comments, they say United Healthcare.  I don't have United Healthcare so this is scary.  Hope they won't call again.  One more call and going to authorities.

Not a scam. It's from OPTUM HEALTH, under the UHC Umbrella.

In my case the Caller left voicemail and they actually are with UHC. I have recently had surgery and this was an UHC registered nurse following up. Wanted to know if I had questions, needed anything etc.

Prescription Solutions is poorly managed. Ineffective call center, under United Health Care, forgets to send your prescriptions or is always out of your meds.

I have filed complaints with UHC, the Better Business Bureau, and the California Pharmacy Board.

These people are going to end up killing somebody.

I got a call from this number today it was prescription solutions which is thur UHC, This is not a scam.. I called them yesterday and they were calling me back to answer my addtional questions and have a CM help me with medication managment.

It's not a scam - I called Care24 a few days ago and they have a service that will find doctor's in network for you. They stated someone with UHC would call me back with the info. I got a call back from UHC at this number exactly as promised.

My call from this number  is legit ......they told me it was time for me to refill my perscriptions ....and called the 2 prescriptions by name and the date was correct.....it was time to refill ....something new ..they started....which in my opinion is a waste .....but I suppose it did give someone a job...But I agree the phone calls are a nuscance....

I just received a call from 763-274-3899 and it is United Healthcare Secure Horizon even thought the phone number does not indicate that.  The caller ID shows MN but the lady said that she was calling from CA.  So go figure.  She only mentioned my name, no other info was given or asked for and she was calling about  a situation that I am working on with them. So I am glad that I answered the phone.

they just called my husbands cell phone today.

I just received this call ( 7632743899) this afternoon. She asked my address and DOB to confirm something about my refill and I cancelld it at that moment. Afterwards, I wonder if this is a scam. So, I made a call to Prescription Solutions and they had the same info (my cancel order) as well in computer system. The staff said the call may be from OPTUM RX- mother company of PS.

I have gotten calls from this number and they are verifying my prescriptions, etc. This is not necessarily a scam. If they don't leave a voicemail, I wouldn't worry about it.

I called u.H.C. re a letter I got in the mail re My ins. benefits, well, they said they'd call me back in a hour. Ten minutes this phone number called me(763-274-3899) back, I didnt answer right away. Well, they didnt leave a message. So I preceded to dial the # I seen on my caller id. The recorded message said this  # is no longer in service. The people at U.H.C. had asked me my birthday. I feel like I've been scamed. I'm going to call UHC back and tell them. Somethings not Kosher....... I 'll find out.

This is not a scam, it's the number the nurses from OptumHealth use to call you.  OptumHealth is legit and part of my Tufts health insurance.

I got a call from this number 763-274-3899 saying they were United Health Care. They wanted to welcome me as a new customer and to set up a health assessment for my over all care. . Of course I didn't answer my phone because of knowing the number. I let it go to voicE mail and this is what my voice mail said. sorry for the confusion. Anyways, they gave me a toll free number to call back. That number was 1-800-349-0550 . The man that answered the phone asked for my name and date of birth and taccount w old me that the lady in charge of my account was out to lunch and he would tell her that I called to rn her call. She never  got back with me! I hope nothing happens to me!! Dang, I sure hope I didn't screw up. God help me if I did.

received a call from 763-274-3899 early in the morning when answered no one was on the other end. This has happened numerous times back to back phone calls for hours.

Annoying calls after 8pm until about 9pm on a daily basis with noone on the other end.

Call all day and all night from 971-220-1894. When I pick up they hang up.

I work at a health club and rec'd a call from this number. The woman said she was a senior citizen advocate and asked about our club's participation in the Silver Sneakers fitness program. She asked about our club pricing. Didn't seem like anything suspicious. She sounded like a senior herself and was very professional.
