Believe this telephone call is a scam. Confirmed with my provider that there were no issues with my request.

I didn't answer as I NEVER do calls that I don't know. They did leave a voice message from my drug insurance company telling me that my new medication was was now pre approved. I actually do have a new med just submitted to them Thursday! It appears VERY legit!

Received a call from 763-274-3899 and they asked if we had any other insurance than UHC.  When I said my husband would be going on Medicare in October she wanted the numbers.  This bothered me, first of all I would never give my numbers over the phone and second, why didn't they email or mail asking for this information.  That is why I looked up this number today.

its United Health Care

Came into work today to find a voicemail from someone named Linda who says she is with United Healthcare. She was calling about someone I do not know and left his name, date of birth and account number. She then said this was in reference to an appointment he had on 10/15/15 and that I was overcharged $4.70 so I was refunded $925 on April 21, 2016. She ended the message by saying that she would call back later.

HUGE SCAM

I received a call from this telephone number (763)274-3899 three different times over a period of 2 minutes. After reading numerous complaints on this message board I have BLOCKED THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER SO THEY CAN NOT CONTACT ME.  I BELIEVE THIS IS THE RESULT OF THE HUGE EQUIFAX BREACH AND I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THAT CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY.  I worked in the BANKING INDUSTRY AND I KNOW MY CREDIT INFORMATION WAS COMPROMISED. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO HAS RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TO BLOCK  ALL THREE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES FROM DIVULGING ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION UNTIL THIS BREACH HAS BEEN RESOLVED !!!

This message is legitimate. I went to the dermatologist and requested that the prescriptions be sent to Optum RX, mail order for prescriptions. They needed preauthorization from the doctor for one prescription, and this phone service called to tell me to call an 800 number. It turned out to be Optum RX. Optum RX had all my information: dob, address, etc.because I deal with them. I have to say that the person who called me was very hard to understand and sounded some a lot of scam calls I receive so I blocked the number, but when I read some of the comments saying they were not a scam ( one from a nurse) I called the 800 number they gave me and realized it was Optum RX.

I received several calls from this number today.  After reading the comments, some said that it could be prescription solutions, so I called OptumRx directly.  OptumRx is my mail order prescription service.  And yes, they were calling me to verify information to get my new prescription filled.  They must use another service to robo call customers.

Got a call. No message. The nurse above says they leave messages

Could be United Health Care but they do not leave a message.

Dont know who this is. Called me twice no voice when I say hello. Shows an "update" on my phone. Don't know why. Has to be a scam.

They keep calling and I keep not answering but it is getting sooooo annoying. I have been on the do not call list for years, it clearly does not work.

Just got a call from this number, they left a message stating they were from Briova and it's time to refill my script.  This is a scam!

Claimed he was calling to notify me that my AARP information was denied and would be delayed until January.

He asked for my Social Security #.

He claimed to be affiliated with AARP/United Healthcare.

Claimed to be affiliated with United Healthcare.

Now I think it's a scam.

This is the number for the company that services my mail-order prescriptions through United Healthcare. It's NOT a scam.

Received voice mail from 763-274-3899 claiming to be from United Health Care (UHC).  I was told by UHC that phone number is NOT a UHC number.  Must be fraud/scam/phishing
