just got a call today from this number.  no message just says unavailable on the ID.

Just got a call from this number.  I have a clean credit.  Paid off all my loans.  What's going on?

THEY (debt collectors) are the ones that have to provide proof (original paperwork) that there is/was a debt, not you. Ask any attorney.The majority of the time by the time it gets to a collection agency there is no original paperwork. If they cannot provide original paperwork they are SOL!!

I got a phone call from this number twice in the last 2 hours. I didn't pick it up and they didn't leave a VM. From reading the comments on this number, it appears that this is some sort of spam number. Ban them please!

The burdon of proof is on the collector's hands. NOT YOURS. They are required BY LAW to provide proof of their right to collect that debt. If they want to collect anything, it must be within the STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS. Each state has their own. Most often it's no more than 4-6 years on anything. Also check out the FDCPA... There are many laws governing a debtor's rights. Weather you do or do not owe it, there is protection from Jerks like these.

Your state by law limits their LEGAL right to collect from you after a certain number of years, but that does not prevent anybody from continuing to ASK you to pay.  If you are legally uncollectible, do not give these people ANY info.  They will figure they have a LIVE ONE if you even bother to talk to them.  They know that if you are dumb enough to talk to them you maybe dumb enough to pay them something, anything to stop the calls.  DON'T.  Even if you ARE dumb, don't talk to them.  You are not that important that you should not change your telephone number.  Give it a try, then keep it unpublished.  Face it, you are a nobody.

Received several calls from this number over the last week.
Also received calls from 702-425-6080.
I just added the whole list of numbers into my blacklist on my cel.
It will no longer even ring when I receive a call from any of the numbers, it will just increment a counter.

Already called my unlisted number more than once with the last half second of a pre-recorded message left on my voicemail.  Apparently these bozos can't even get their messages to work properly.  Probably calling for someone who had my number years and years ago like a number of other bozo collection agencies already have.  All of these agencies need to be shut down.

Always Answer These Types Of Calls - They Have To Pay For Completed Call.  Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.

several calls asking for a salanger. We have had our unlisted phone number for 6 years and we do not know this person. When we do get a person they say they will take our name off & a couple days later we get another call but under a different number.

The caller calls (automated message) starts to speak regarding "a very important matter" and then hangs up after 12-15 seconds. I don't owe any money, so if it a collection agency - good luck. If it is from my long lost past, it could be zombie debt collectors (lowest form of life on earth) which is illegal since in most states the statute of limitations if 4 years (check with your state). However, this is not legal advice. Always seek the advice of an attorney on all legal matters.

The company never identifies themselves. However, I do see that they are on the Internet and use the same number and sometimes an 800 number.

Tell them not to call any more and by law they aren't supposed too. Not sure what to do if they call again but this has stopped several companies from calling me back.

Re:  755412 4499   I get calls intended for another person. Oh, good grief! Good thing I got caller Id because I was able to call that unknown caller back to only find out that she was trying to reach another person who formerly used that number. Good grief, If you guys no longer use that number, clear it up because the calls made were for that former owner of the number you just picked up. It would save me the needed pain of stress. That person will no longer call at that number now.

Just got a call from 775-412-4499 I didn't answer this is the second time today but they don't leave a message rhey just hang up so OH WELL!!!! don't know the nuber don't answer it.

I get a call from this number at least once a day on my business line. The recording asks for "Wilson Donaldus". I do not know this person. The caller ID says "Unavailable". I've submitted a complaint to the FTC and am on the no-call list, but I've run out of ideas.

THANKS for the FTC complaint info! I filed.  This debt collector calls and calls and call here asking for one of my sons! Who has not lived here for 7 years.  I keep telling them "no one here named that stop calling" but they WON"T stop.
