This law firm promises to stop the calls for no charge, if anybody has used this service let me know how it goes - I've been answering the phone so that it shows on my phone bill and can enter this as evidence against these a holes.

I've been entering their phone number into every "Enter To Win" crap I can find on the internet.

This number calls too much.  They must call me about 20 times a day.  I want them to stop and send what they have to say in a letter, but they won't.

I was getting a phone call from this number about every other day, but they seem to be getting more frequent.  I never answer the call because I know its some stupid harrassment call.  However I would really like for them to stop, is there anything I can do?!

NEVER pick up the phone from a number you don't know.
For all they know, they're calling a voice mail line that no one ever picks up....but they don't know that.

It's the best voicemail service. I can assign certain #s to bogus voicemail messages. (disconnect, wrong numbers) and now my family can just be prompted to leave a message, and the other annoying calls will get some bogus message.

Another scum bag home based collection scam.

I keep getting this call from this number starting 8/14/2011 and they call several times a day.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know and they never leave a message.  According to the internet, this number belongs to First National Collection Bureau, Inc  I don't know what it is in reference to and want them to stop calling.

These are part of a string of crooked collectors, crooked credit scams...they've actually threatened my mother and told her that they were only trying to help me not get in trouble for fraud! These "people" (loosely used term) are devoid of conscience. They KNOW they're breaking the law, and they don't care.

I get calls from this number (775412-4499) several times a day and it has been going on for months!
It starts to leave a message in my voice mail and then is disconnected. I want these annoying calls to stop. If you answer the phone, no one is there.

I have received several calls from this number.  It come from Reno, Nevada and I know no one in Reno and do not owe anyone any money.  I am on the do not call list and these phone calls are very anoying.

Keep getting calls on my cell from this number. Usually the voice mail is blank or cut off with no info but this time it said "....regarding this account. Please call 1-800-824-6191."

I received two calls from these scabs today.

First call left no message. Second call, 30 seconds after the first, left a recorded voice mail message saying they have called numerous times previously as well as sent several mails to my home address.

These are outright lies - they've never called before TODAY and I've never received a statement in the mail from them stating I owe anyone anything. I have essentially a perfect credit rating so I know this is some kind of scam.

If you are receiving these calls on a jailbroken iPhone, go to Cydia and install iBlacklist then set up iBlacklist to "accept and hangup" on calls from 775-412-4499 and their 800-824-6191 number (and any other number they call from). What's great is your phone doesn't even ring... its like the call never came in until you open up the iBlacklist call log. iBlacklist gives you 2 free numbers to block, if you require more numbers, you have to buy a licensed version (which was cheap...$14.95 if memory serves... this app for jailbroken iPhones works really well. I was getting robocalls from an auto windshield company incessantly and this took care of it. After a bunch of "accept and hangups", they finally quit calling ).

Don't know who is calling or what they want.  I have no unpaid bills, ever. They are not even competent to make calls since they don't push the right buttons when I answer so unless I say "Hello" multiple times, they don't respond.  Some village is missing its idiots.

I've been receiving calls from this number for a while now and they always hang up.  And the few times I have anwwered it, they still hang up on me.  I've never had any outstanding bills, so if this is a collection agency, then they have the wrong number.

They've called once, and they hung up on the machine. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize on the CID. If they continue to call, I'll eventually answer and just say, "Yes, Officer, this is the caller. Please start tracing now." My dad taught me that little trick years ago. Also instead of 'officer', I've said "Agent Jennings" and instead of 'caller' I've said "stalker". You obviously have to make sure that you have a human on the phone.
