Same thing happened to me charges since Oct 2011.

Noticed in January 2012. Called Bullroare USSMARTIQ.
These text messages didn’t make me any smarter either!!!  

Anyhow, In January I called Bullroare directly. They said no credit back for me. Fought w/them for a while.
Finally he said ok he would send me a check for 19.98 and take me off the service.

I have not received a text message from the company since then. Did not receive a check either.

Now in April checked my bill again. Still have that dam 9.99 fee!
Called At&t only gave me a credit for 19.98. After reading these post. I called back now they are refunding me since October. Why when I called the 1st time didn't they just give me a full credit. Have to call back and get feisty with this is just plain ridiculous.

On hold forever I guess hoping for me to hang up. Don’t give up!
Got my refund back from Oct.

Yesterday I received a fraudulent call from this number.
Was a lady. She was asking questions about my account.

ii have no idea who this is, but they charged me $237.00 and said they were AT&T, i do not have or have i ever had a acount with AT&T!

This BULLROARE subscript showed up in my bill on a phone that is no longer used and just waiting to be cancelled when the contract date arrives. They seem to like these types of numbers.
 With the amazing things that ATT can do to track your usage and charge you when you go over your minutes. Yet they can't tell a bogus scammer using them to collect money from us. Something smells funny here. If they would have to pay a penalty to us every time they erroneously let one of these scripts sneak thru, then it would stop. Virgin here I come!!!

It was AT&T calling about a biling question once, and today an automated message on tips using AT&T online services.

I've been saddled with the same charge.  I think I know what happened.  I was getting a lot of texts from this same 800 number and I do remember getting one that requested that I text a certain 4 digit number as a reply to 'Stop' these texts.  After just getting off the phone with a representative of the company, I believe they used that 4 digit text to actually initiate the monthly charges as if I was giving them the OK, not asking them to leave me alone.

I got a call from 800-331-0500, and I answered it. No one was there, they hung up immediately. Then I got a bill to my credit card for $30.00. That's totally criminal for a company to do that.

I checked my credit card statement this number has been charging my account $50.00 every month for I do not know how long.  I usually check my statements, but my husband had cancer so I just didn't have the time.  The company number goes back to AT&T in Georgia.  I know I never would charge phone calls to my credit card.  I don't know what fraudulent company would think they could get away with this, using AT&T as a blanket covering their corrupt actions.

I just received a $957 charge from "AT&T V500 10080" that is in process on my credit card.

What happened with your case how did you resolve it?

Is this related to the 800-331-0500 scam? I noticed i received a call from them on August 12.

I got $182.37 that just posted.  WTF? On the phone right now.

Same thing here-charges on my bill from this number.  ATT took care of it and applied the purchase blocker.  She also advised that you always respond STOP to unknown numbers and check your bill the following month for that number.  Its BS how these companies find loop holes to gouge people.  Whatever happened to honest people?

My husband got a promo call from this number. They ask him all his personal info because of some discount from At&T. He got scam -.- they change all his data plan and left his iphone with no service at all. When he called the company they told him that it was a scam and the person who call (women with a weird accent) was making calls to Cuba.

I have received several calls from this #, but they do not respond when I answer my phone, and if I do not answer my phone.....they do not leave a message. Just gonna report them to the "Do Not Call List". ANYBODY know who they are?????

I don't accept or answer any calls from numbers I don't know to whom they belong.
AT&T needs to turn it off.

This is AT&T Uverse service. I had called to see if it was available in my area, and they called me back to tell me what options I had. If someone else is spoofing the number then I dont know about that, but if you dial it back then it goes to AT&T Uverse.

Bullroare slammed a suspended line on my account this month.  Fortunately phone company gave me absolutely no grief about reversing the charges and blocking.

I keep getting calls from this number and when I answer, they say nothing
