I got charged $666 from this company

If you're getting telemarketing calls from "AT&T" to your home phone AND you have a wireless AT&T account, you need to manage your marketing preferences.  Simply go to www.att.com and log in to "My Account." Go to "My Profile" under the "Manage" tab. Once you have your profile information up, click on the "Solicitation Preferences" tab and unselect/uncheck all the ways you want them to STOP contacting you: i.e., via MAIL, E-MAIL, TEXT MESSAGE, and PHONE. Now I know why I've been getting unwanted e-mails, texts, and calls from "AT&T." I always assumed they were just spam or scams I needed to ignore. Why do companies you normally do business with always assume you want them to bother you with other unsolicited offers?

They didn't leave a mssage, just called.

Called AT&T about this. It is a spam e-mail that you have to answer STOP or QUIT to or it charges you after 30 days. AT&T was very nice and issued me credit for the full amount of $14.99

I got a charge on my cell bill for $149.04 from this number.

i recieved my bill over 200 dollars and i just got it last week!!!i am furious with this company!!!i have my phone turned off most of the time and i still recieved calls for some freaking reason!!!this is rediculous!!!

STOP THE CALLS AND CHARGES!

I have a charge on my credit card from them. How did they get my credit card # and what the heck are they? I did not allow this charge and want it removed immediately.

1-800-331-0500 keeps calling listing as TOLLFREE NUMBER on caller ID & leaves prerecorded messages on answering machine claiming to be AT&T WIRELESS and I don't have wireless service with AT&T. Made the mistake of trying that service and when I canceled within the 30 day trial period they tried to get away with putting an early termination fee on my phone bill. Their prepaid mail return for cell phones never shows receipt of phone at AT&T so I had to call to confirm they had got it back, the post office told me a different service picks up the phones and returns them to AT&T and they have no way of tracking it past when that service picks up the returned cell phone, they can only show it has been picked up and signed for and the date and time. AT&T needs to get their act together and stop messing with the public!

This number appeared on my ATT cell bill on two different phones on my family plan for over $45 in bogus charges on month. Called ATT and they did credit the charge back however the same thing happened the next month.

With SendMe and Dada.net as the companies which we have never heard of. Some kind of weird charge but false. Who gets this money if you don't check the details on your phone bill and report for credit? Does it go to ATT or is the Internet companies showing in details getting the end fraudulent charge?

This number is the customer service number for ATT.  There aren't any specific charges associated with this number.  If you receive any charges on your bill, you should ultimately call this number [pending you are an att customer] and allow them to assist you in getting theses charges taken care of as well as working towards not having them billed to you again.

Got a text message from this number saying I had a balance of $260.42 and that it was due by August 14th, 2009, and that the last payment received was $129.52.  I have no idea who this is or why they say I owe them money, especially through a text.  Does anyone know if this has anything to do with my AT&T account or is it a hoax?  Will it appear on my monthly bill??

I discovered a $9.99 charge on my last two phone bills with the line item identified as "Mobile Purchase & Download:  Communication Charges".  I was told by an AT&T store saleman that I can call 800-331-0500 to stop this charge.  I will call 611 to get this resolved instead!

called and left a blank 2 second voicemail!

Called my cell phone - Just established account with ATT yesterday.

On my Amex bills, AT&T comes up as 800-331-0500. These are my iphone bills.

A charge of $43.29 appeared on my bank statement dated 9-15-09.  The date of the charge is 9-14-09.  My bank statement reads as follows: "At&T V500 10080
800-331-0500. I did not make this call, nor did my wife.

I have been getting charges on my cell phone from a M-Qube 1-800-331-0500. I have no idea who that is and how they started to charge my cell phone a service or items that I did not order.  If I can fine their address I will write the FCC and report them and file a formal complaint.
