    Hi Jessica,

I just went through this problem. It went on for a week so far it's been 2 weeks and it appears they have stopped. Here is what I did and this appears to have resolved the problem. 1) File a complaint online with the do not call registry if your number is not there add it then file a complaint. 2) File a complaint online with the Federal Communication Commission a.k.a FCC. 3) File a online complaint with your states attorney general. This should help you to get them to stop. Hang in there I know what a pain this has been.

I thought you might enjoy knowing that I have access to cheap printing so for every call I add another page of blogging like here at this site and include it in my fax.

In reality it may do nothing but the delicious maliciousness of my imagination is worth the extra step.

I certainly would not call a company that has employees that use texting speech. That is totally unprofessional and speaks volumes about the company

Says they're from bank of america. Says they just bought our loan from Wilshire. Says we are deliquent on 2 months of mortgage payments.
We paid Wilshire for those 2 months (our checks were cashed).
I guess BoA being another Big Gov't bank on the bail out dole is now aloud to lie, cheat and steal.
Another gov't run company with they're head up they're a**.

Private Resident tired of getting unwant
RE:    B/A Home Loan Servicing LP – Home Retention Division

Everyday we get 1 or more automated calls from 1-800-669-0102 asking to give them personal information using the touch tone key pad. The latest call was this morning. There is no way to talk to a real person, so the call is disconnected. The next day the calls continue all over again.

We have Caller ID, so when I dial the number all I get is a revolving loop (via voice automation) which asks me for my social security # or home loan number. No one in my household has (or ever had) any association with this company. Additionally, the automated voice recording says they are a debt collection agency. Again, no one in my household, including myself, owes any debt, nor does anyone here have a home loan with this company.

We are registered through the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY since last year, and would like this number permanently blocked, but how? I filed a complaint online today with the National Do Not Call Registry https://www.donotcall.gov/ and am hoping they can take action to stop the calls.

I also called my local telephone company and spoke to the cust service rep requesting they put a block on the number, but was told they are unable to do that since it is a 1-800 number.

After doing a ‘GOOGLE’ search on the number I noticed the many numerous complaints filed by other people who keep getting unwanted calls from this same phone number. Hopefully this website can help stop these annoying and unwanted calls.

It's Bank of America.  I called the number, entered a bogus SS# and zip code.  That got a live person in India.

After explaining that I've never had (and hope to never have) a mortgage with Bank of America, it's affiliates, or acquisitions, the polite but almost unintelligible call center person promised to remove my cell phone # from their database.  Hope it works....

I get a call around the same time in the evening (7:30 - 8:00) several days a week.  No matter how many times I say hello the caller never says a word.  No message, no person on the other end.  INCREDIBLY annoying, but I hope no real harm done.  I AM also on the do not call list.  When I finally tried calling the number, it did NOT identify the company but said they were experiencing extremely high call volumes and to please hold.  Yeah right. (No I don't have a loan with Countrywide or anyone else.)

    Tired of B.S.
My wife got 47 calls in the since March 29, 2010 from this number on her cell phone.

Often it rings once and hangs up, other times it. - BANK OF AMERICA is harassing us we were never late once in 5 years and since we missed one payment and we get 47 calls !!!

I hope BOA goes bankrupt, they are greedy and heartless and they deserve to fail.  They are a disgrace.

People! Check your Mortgage No. ("MIN") with National Mortgage System "MERS". If you Mort. No. LESS than 18-digits, this Loan is BOGUS originated by employees of bank with purpose to collect money in their OWN pockets. It is the way how "economical and financial crisises are started. Too much stolen from us and America! If you cannot identify "your" Servicer, home is YOURS forever: stop to pay any money. They'll start FORECLOSURE. Do not be affraid! No Serviser - no Case! If some kind Trustee will want your house - move for Production of ORIGINAL Transfer documents and ORIGINAL Promissory Note & Mortgage. No one has right to foreclose on your house except ORIGINAL SERVISER (wich you don't have!). File COUNTERCLAIM for few millions.  Do not trust Lawyers, do it by yourself as Pro Se! It is easy! Learn the State Rules of Civil Procedure and Statutes, Foreclosure law. Good luck to all of you!

FYI I just got a call from them and I called them back...at every question I hit the "0" 3 times and eventually I was asked if I really want to hold for a representative.  A rep came right on the hone (from India) and he was very polite...he took my number off of the list and guaranteed me I will not get any more calls.  Give it try, let's all cross our fingers and hope it works!

    Tired of leeches
Called yesterday fishing for the last 4 digits of my social security number and I told this person that happened to sound literally a world away that I do not give any of my personal info out over the phone from an incoming call.  They said it was about my loan with Bank of America but could not give me the purpose of the call until I shared my SSN.  I said give me the number and I'll call the bank back however the number that was shared was the same number that was on my caller ID.  So we would hang up for me to call the same unscrupulous place.  Buyer Beware!

I am a former Countrywide customer who has never been late with a payment. My mortgage has been hijacked.
B of A has called many times wanting the last 4 digits of my SS# before they will discuss their problem with my mortgage account. I won't give them the number. They have my phone number because I gave it to them. They "understand" how uncomfortable I am giving a strange caller any personal identification they said. So the conversation stops there.
Isn't this the same bank that gave credit cards to illegal aliens with NO identification? Yes...
I am beginning to think they want me to apply for federal assistance with my mortgage. Instead I am refinancing with a reputable lender.
Try this: The next time you're with your friends ask if they have any B of A horror stories. I did and EVERYONE had a bad experience with B of A.
I realized they were screwed up when I applied for their ATM acct back in the 70's. They wanted my birth certificate! I am a native American with a SS#.
    Bunch Of [***].
