I got that number calling me non stop about my loan, after I called back I went to my local B OF A branch showed them the number they said it was a scam do not give them any info and that is not a b of a number. They even checked my mortgage account and said I was fine but not to give them any information ever.

Just got a call from 800 669 0102    wanted my info - i said NO, you called me, Boa has that info, why calling -
Fiona or Kiona said could not talk to me if I would not give my SSN etc. I would have to call them back - not going to happen.
She refused to tell me what the call was in reference to -  

Find something else to do!!! They keep calling my cell all hours of the day.

thank you  I was about to say the same thing you . I do have a relationship with the real BOA  .. no problem with them and have had awesome service with BOA for years. I called back 8774878186 and it was disconnected  funny they called me from there 3 times today and just a moment ago they give you a new number 8006690102 I called to ask them to remove the number it answers that is BOA debt collections.. I have no BOA loans  thinking to my self  but listen further then it asks you to input either your social security number or the account number .. were it a true BOA account it would recognize the phone play the current lingo music identify themselves when they call ...Total Fishing SCAM  do not reply and it is not BOA at all.

Just called me and said they had an urgent message for SKO (whom I do not know, and am not) from American Debt Collector, and to call them back.

800-669-0102 calls me about 3 times each week. I do not answer it. No message is left, but they keep calling

I also received a call from this number saying it was Bank of America, but they usually call with an automated recorded service, I did not call this number back, but instead call the BOA 1-800# For customer service that is listed on their website
