They are calling  more then 20 times a day ! Harassing who ever answers they won't say want they want

Got a voicemail intended for my husband with a threatening message about having a lawyer for a "disturbing situation".

Got a call from this number today, they left a voicemail saying "this is mr. Tinu?" And that they needed to discuss a serious matter with me or my attorney or else a decision was going to be made on my behalf. At 8 months pregnant, this is the last thing I need. This phone call has been stressing me out all day!

Lady called stating she was calling due to a debt owned,and if i had an attorney he could call her.  Also stated it matter she could take care of. It's kind of scary cause I don't want to get in trouble.

I got a call from this number both at work and on my cell number.  They even called my landlord.  HOW DID THEY GET MY LANDLORD'S number.  This is just crazy.  How dare they call my landlord, stating it is very important for my landlord to call me and give me the message to call them today on a very serious issue. My voice message is the same as just about everyone else.  If I don't call back they will make a decision for me and if I have an attorney he/she need to call them.  I am so tired of these SCAMMERS!!!

I received a similar threatening call today and dont know what to do.

Did not identify who they are, used a private number, stated that i should have my attorney call them.

Left several messages. No real information just that if I don't call or have my attorney call then a life changing decision will be made. I have not received anything in the mail. I thought if they were collecting on a bill that they had to do something in writing. I was already scammed out of 1300.00 before because of phone call like this. I have no job so not able to pay.

i called them back and they were willing to work with me the guy at that ext is really cool

there not scammers there debt collectors but i called them back and they offered me a really good settlement to close my debt with them. you all should call them back there really nice people well at least the guy i spoke too... thanks for the settlement saved a lot of money

Think about it people if you have filed bankrupt you have an attorney the vm says if your represented by an attorney have them call. I was stressed about it but when i got the vm i called back and they explained that to me now im on a very affordable payment plan.

I got a similar voice mail on June 3, 2015. I have anxiety disorder, so for someone to pull this kind of stunt is out of line. First, they were calling a relative. Then, they left me a voice mail regarding said relative. They said their name, and how did they get my number? I don't know. The relative said that they aren't even affiliated with them... They have no account with the company... So how else could they have gotten my number? It's obviously a scam!! I called the number to see what company it was and told them to stop calling and harassing us for no reason. Why can't we just put these people in jail already? They deserve jail!

Called them .. They were fairly reasonable as collection agencies go. The debt was not for me but for a person I know.

BEWARE!!! You have rights (even against debt collectors)!! World Financial Network National Bank is harassing me morning, noon, & night (this is the only Website I can find on them http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/wfnnb.html). They start calling me early in the morning and proceed to call all day and night. They ask for me and when I say it's me they hang up most of the time. After much research I was able to obtain their phone number (1 800 675 - 5685 Consumer Relations) and call them (they call from numerous area codes). I finally spoke to a decent person and she put my number on their do not call list. I told her I was filing harassment charges at the New York Police Department if they do not stop calling me. In addition I said I will file a complaint with the FCC and the Attorney General. She was helpful and understood, however, I continued to receive harassing phone calls. I told each caller to stop calling me, otherwise, I'm filing charges (at all the above). Send a “cease to call letter” to them and any other debt collector or sales call. One lowlife representative told me they will continue to call even after they receive the "cease to call letter". Of course, I told her that is against the law and she cannot continue to call me and she replied in a very nasty tone she and other representatives will continue to call. After telling her 10 times not to call and by law (since the company was notified in writing) they cannot call, I just hung up on her (I reported her and the number where she was calling from immediately to Consumer relations dept of this crappy company WFNNB). Hopefully, she will be reprimanded because 5 minutes later I got another call from them. This time it was a gentleman and he said the previous caller was incorrect and should not have spoke to me like that. He told me to make sure I mail the "cease to call" letter immediately. I am giving them 24 hours to stop calling me and if they don’t, I will go to the nearest police department and file harassment charges. It is against the law for them to keep on harassing me. They call more than five times a day with an unknown caller number. Says I need to all or my attorney. Threats are concerning legal actions will be taken leaves an extension # 1227611

I got a call today from  Ms Bernin. she never indentified what company she was calling from. and said I need it to call her today before they take diferent step.

Leave me alone I don't know who your looking for but you need to stop this number won't stop!!!!!

Get a call blocker, lock out the area code and prefix(s) of the numbers that call you.  You will NEVER be annoyed by these type of scumbags again, simply because your phone will NOT ring.
