calling and harassing me on my phone. Have repeatedly told them not to call me. They are trying to get information for money they say I owe and want credit card/banking information over the phone. I have repeatedly told them to mail me a bill and I will look into the possibility of a past bill, but they refuse to do this.

They are calling for someone who used to own my phone number. That being said, What is REALLY [***] sad is that they call from a "private number" when they call me. I mean when this guys mommy was flat backing it for a living, I bet that she hoped that whatever popped out of her stinky old [***] was some LOSER who had to disguise where he is calling from just to try to get someone to talk to him. TOTAL waste of life.

I got a voice mail from Ms Hankey trying to reach me regarding information submitted to her office this afternoon. It came in from a restricted number but this was the call back number.

I too received a call stating the same type of thing. They never said who they were representing so I am not returning the call. I have no outstanding bills that I am aware of  I will not be bullied under any circumstances.

I received a call today around the same lines posted in previous comments. They are Comenity Bank... For me it was in regards to my Victoria Secrets account. I have had some financial problems the last few months and have not been able to pay. If Comentiy calls from this number and not the others they call from it is most likely because the account is on the verge of being transferred to a third party. I called the number back (a little nervous because I wasn't positive who was calling) I talked with Robert who called and he was very nice. I set up reasonable payments and won't have them calling anymore.

He was hard to hear.. He said he was calling from Robinson Community Bank and he needed me or my agent representative to call him back before end of day or that he would have to take additional action that would affect me. He went on to say the call was documented and recorded for their records.. He told me to call him back at 1-800-695-74444 ext 1227177...

recd call from this number.  left message stating i needed to contact him immediately or my job would be in jeopardy. would not state reason for call. if it was a bill collector, they usually leave the company they are calling from in the message.

That's the voice mail I got.  I had  situation occur several years and wired money to someone SCAMMED, but a police officer informed me that I cannot go to jail for oweing money or we would alll be in jail.

I got that same voicemail yesterday. He stated that I needed to call him back at that same number and ext.

A guy name Brian Harley or Harvey called and left a message with this number and ext 12234 to contact him about some business matter that is placed in his office and that I need to contact back to him by 5pm today then they would take this matter further and need to speak with my attorney. I came on here to see if this is a scam, cause he did not state what company he is calling from nor what he's calling me about, he just left a message with his 800 number and the extension and say that I have return his call but I just wanted to make sure to check on here to see if this guy a scam.

They can't harass you
They can't call family members which is what this guy does.

I got the same call around 12:30pm saying the same thing"That either myself or my attorney needed to return the call by 5pm or she would be forced to take actions that would directly effect me.  I consider that a threat and I am pretty sure it is illegal to make threatening phone calls to people in order to collect a debt.  Not mention of who they are is also a no no.  I will be checking into this further for sure after reading all the other stories.

I think this a call from the Commenity Bank. I had a Victoria Secret bill in collection hasn't been paid yet. They sold your account to another debt collection company. It's just a few hundred dollars but I am under a very tight financial difficulty now, can't pay now. They've been contacting with unknown numbers and left voice messages asking me to call them back immediately or it will affect me somehow. I think it's debt collection phone calls.

Yes I received a call from an agent ming lol same message as you all something told me to Google Them because no one has this number I don't even know my number by heart to give it out I only have had this number for like 4 days lol but I want to know who gave these people 1800 695-7444 ext 1227554 my phone number and where is the class act law suit because I will sue their ass just like salley may and NAVIENT these people they too sneak in saying do you acknowledge and give us permission to call your phone and I let them finish there sentence and tell them I DO NOT GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO CONTACT ME FOR ANY REASON AT ALL.. I get calls from this number several times a day. Finally an agent [***] left me a message in a harsh tone threatening me with further legal actions
