800-853-4000 belongs to a collection law firm by the name of "Law Office of Thomas Landis, Esquire"  Their current address is 3325 Street Road, Suite 220, Bensalem, PA 19020.

I guarantee there is no one at that office. It would be too easy for someone to get in and blow everyone away and stop this "BS" once and for all. We need to find out where  the building (or buildings) is that houses the workforce, then send in a professional leg breaker to clean up the phone lines (so to speak)

I got a call early in the morning today, not only did they wake me up but my family as well, the person didn't identify himself only that he was calling fom the Law offices of Thomas Landis, he gave me their address and phone numbers, he mentioned that their services where retained by I back where I had a credict card, I mentioned that any debt was getting resolved trough a bebt relife company, he mention that that didn't apply to them so he started asking for additional information, if I was married, if there was an alternative number, I told him I wouldn't give him any information, if they had any bussines with me they would need to send it in wrtiting he got upset and started saying that I was being rude and that I was interrupting him, I mentioned that I felt I wasn't doing that, he started raising his voice so I just cut him off by saying thank you and hung up right after that.... he gave me the 800-853-4000 number but the caller id showed 215-642-3400.... I knew it felt bad that he was asking for my info over the phone, it kept on bugging me so I googled their name and found a lot of frud reports and lawsuits against them... I'm glad I hung up on them...

not so bad, i got a call from Mr Wallace who help me this an old outsanding bill and reduce the balance and gave me three different options to repayment the bill. Thanks. It not everyday you find people in this business that's willing to help.

I got a call from 800-853-4000 T Landis office, Spoke to Ms. Black she was not so nice, but she was able to help with my Citibank account. It was so old and past due. the balance was over 15K and she was able to reslove it for $6500. She was rude but very helpful.

He confirmed my ss# and the original account with bank of america. I was unable to reslove the account but he gave me citifianacial name and phone. we are in the process of reslove no just his account buf three other outstanding account. I quess he was helpful.

I received a threatening call with no backing from this company!! The call threatened me asking me for my social security number and ALL information and is FAKE! I am calling the police and writing the White House to make sure this company is shut down and possibly convicted.  Tom Landis? Hope he really doesn't know who I really am!!! What a fool! If you get a call from this number, report it TO THE POLICE so they can go in and arrest them.

I sent them two letters to stop calling me about this supposed debt. Only after the second letter have they stopped calling me at home and work.

David Hunter of the LAw Office of Thomas Landers called my neighbor to deliver a message.  They have started calling me at work twice a day.......I refuse to talk to them....they have yet to mention anything about why they are calling.....

They yelled the same thing to me, about being unpatriotic, and I was the reason this country was in a mess. they also ask me why i moved to Puerto Rico, and Why I hated America, after the rant the guy would not give me his name.

Check with the Attorney General's office in ANY state these people has done "business" in.  They violate every law under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, constantly go after people who do not owe a debt, simply have the same name as someone who does, practice without a license, etc.  In this day and age, it is extremely difficult to believe that anyone who can surf the internet couldn't easily figure out what these scammers are all about.  Therefore, I've no doubt you work for these people. The other possibility would be you're an idiot.

I have yet to call them back but before I called I googled the lawyers name and I see many dissatisfied people and I am half scared to call. Any advice? I have catered to PA Bar, I am thinking about talking to someone there. I can show him/her this website and my magic letter.

I had two outstanding accounts with this company...l Mr. Walker help me and resloved both accounts...no issues with this company......:)

My wife had several overdue credit card accounts... three of them were with the Law Of Office of Thomas Landis... we were unable to reslove all three at the same time... We were able to settle two and they were very helpful with resloving the other one over installment payment... Mr. Bullock was very helpful.... We would not have i home without their help.. five *****

I rcvd two letter stating that I have outstanding account with GE Money.I never had a account with GE Money. After speak with Linda McCoy who advised GE Money could be Home Depot, Lowes or Walmart. I recalled having accounts with both Home Depot and Walmart.. My Ex- Wife was to reslove these accounts. Ms. McCoy help me reslove both accounts and now my ex-wife is reimburseing me for what I had to pay.

this company has threatened my 88 and 82 year old parents and they are calling about cc card that has already been payed they do not believe in laws just hurting people in a difficult time.
