It's Sears selling repair insurance, never leave a message and call and call, want the number of sears excs. so I can call them 5 times a day and hang up

Told them to stop and it still continues. Want it stopped.

This is Sears.  They call to have me renew warranties.  I have told them I don't want to renew, but they keep calling.  I called back two days ago and asked them to stop calling.  They called again this morning.  I told the women about the request.  She said there was no record of it.  She said she would put a request in.  I will never buy anything from Sears again.

I have had it with these gadflies! They've been calling me everyday, guess what? I have call blocking, so keep calling idiots, I won't even know it. Do not pick up calls people.

Tired of these people calling and interrupting me. We are on the Do No Call List. They just keep on and on. Today a live person asking about something I never heard of and told her so. I wish these people would just "Knock It Off"

they call from 8AM to 10pm this needs to STOP

do you know that even though you are on the "no call" registry not all numbers are blocked?  Look it up online.  i don't see what the purpose is if you will still get unwanted calls. :(

Sears has been repeatedly calling us but never leaves a message.

We suspect that they are calling to convince us to extend the extended warranty on our Kenmore oven.

One voicemail reminding us of the warranty's expiration would have been welcomed.  Repeated calling is not.

Since we're here, we'll also mention that we have not been happy with the oven nor with the Sears warranty service.

This tele-harassment has definitively tipped the scales for us:  We will no longer spend any dollars in any Sears department.

We are now Sears never-ever-shoppers.  We are not going to purchase goods from a corporation that then turns around and uses those dollars to telephone-harass us.

These jerks are calling us morning, noon, and night -- day after day after day.  They have yet to leave a message.

We are on the state and federal do-not-call lists, but because we have previously done business with Sears (we won't make that mistake again!) the law allows them to call us without limit.

They call all the time and actually it IS annoying because I am registered with the do not call registry and I do it EVERY year! I called them back and pressed optin 5. I spoke to representative that I asked to REMOVE me from the calling list and he said no problem and did it immediately. Highly cooperative and no hidden requests or additional questions.! Nice! I hung up and 20 seconds later they called back to ask about my protection plus for my Miter Saw. I explained I had just spoke to someone who was going to remove me from the calling list. THis representative apologized and then said OK and we hung up. Let's see how long that lasts!

This is a service of Sears.  They call when the warranty on appliances, lawn mowers, etc. is about to run out to see if the customer wants to extend the service by buying additional years of extended warranty.  They are very persistent, but it has saved us some huge repair bills in the past.

We have been getting these calls for several days.   Usually no one on line.  Last time at 9 this a.m. a foreign sounding woman said it was Sears for Mr. or Mrs. (our last name).  I told her they don't live here anymore and hung up.  From the previous comments, it is apparently a telemarketer that Sears hires to get people to extend warranties on Sears items.  The only item we have bought in a long time from Sears is a lawn tractor in Sept. 2010.  We bought an extended warranty that does not expire till Oct. 2013.  (high powered salesman talked us into it).  So why is Sears calling to renew a warranty that does not expire for over 2 years?  Are they like magazines who send you renewal notices over and over right after you 1st subscribed for 2 years or more? Not happy with Sears authorizing these types of calls.  Harrassing their customers will only drive us away.  There are other stores besides Sears to buy from.  One comment said to file a complaint with Sears Customer Relations at (800) 549-4505.  If I keep getting the calls, I will do that.  But maybe they believed me that we "don't live here anymore."   Wait and see.   By the way, we are on the do not call lists for Indiana and federal, but that does not seem to stop them.  Very irritating.

get phone calls from this number at all hours of the day...they are relentless...whoever they are!

I got a call from this number a few minutes ago and I let the machine get it since I do not answer 800 numbers - a MINUTE later they tried again from a  PRIVATE line - what? Do they think I'm not going to know it's them??? I NEVER answer ones that say PRIVATE - it is always someone wanting me to give them money for some cause. In other words, I ONLY answer calls when I know the person who is calling so if they want me to take their call they should figure out how to call me from my sister's number - LOL!

They keep calling here all  hours ,early in the morning and late in the evening.    Its  not even a live person .    I wish they would  stop calling .   It is  a pain in the butt....
