They call at all times day and evening.  Don't they believe in the "do not call registry"M4P6

It is the Sears extended waranty division.  They called me 14 times in two days.

To Stop the calls, call Sears at 1-800-549-4505 and have them remove you from the call list before you hang up.

This was Sears calling early in the morning and waking up a sick member of the household to sell something. She wouldn't reveal exactly what she was selling until I divulged personal information about our household which I wasn't willing to reveal to a perfect stranger over the phone. She was very secretive & very aggressive, and frankly, kinda scary.

Although I am a longtime Sears customer, have bought most of my large appliances from them, have a Sears credit card & am in their rewards program, I'll have to think twice about doing business with them ever again now that I know they subject their best customers to ongoing campaigns of abusive, high-pressure telemarketing harassment campaigns at all hours of the day & night.

Would like these calls to be blocked.

I called today. 10/27/2011.  Got a message saying  "phone number is no longer in service"..

Thank God.

Calls everyday, several times a day, morning and night, never leaves a message.

I want the calls stopped. I have contacted the BBB,Delware Attorney General, the F.T.C.and have been contacted by Chase Financial. I have had to put caller ID on my phione , at an extra cost to me.  
I don't want to have to go to an unlisted munber.

these people keep calling. i've told them i am not instread.
they keep calling. have called 3 times this week.

been getting this number calling several times a day. how do I get them to stop this aggravating nuisance?

I have gotten repeated calls on my caller ID box from this number, which belongs to Sears. I told Sears to put me on their do-not-call list, and have gotten two more calls from that number since then.

Many calls from this number have been coming in on a daily basis, or more, to my elderly parents' home. At 95 and 102, it is hard for them to get to the phone before a call goes to voicemail, and no voicemail ever is left from this number.  It is distressing to my folks, because they struggle to get to the phone, nearly falling in the process, and when the get there, the call has been dropped.  I counsel them that anybody wanting to reach them would leave a message, but they still worry about missing something important.  

I called the number today after yet another call from them, and it starts out as an automated menu of choices; I selected one of them to speak with a live person, and she was very sweet.  The call was about the imminent expiration of two maintenance agreements.  I explained the situation, and the young lady agreed to make all contact via mail and to delete their phone number.  She warned, however, that it may take awhile for the number to get deleted from their automated robocalling service...

If you have had a previous relationship with Sears, they are not bound by the restrictions of the National Do Not Call Registry...They are allowed to call, but just explain, and they should honor your request...

All of you need to read and understand the limits of the National Do Not Call Registry.

Any entity, telemarketer or otherwise, has the legal right to call you if you have had a previous business relationship with them.

In addition, not-for-profits and political entities are not restricted from calling numbers registered with the National Do Not Call Registry, either, so they can call you if they wish.

Please , stop calling us at all times of the day and night . It's simply ridiculous to be called so many times a day . So , STOP IT !!!!!!!!!

this number calls me many times a day who are they and what is the point of do not call if it doesn't work....

Answered last night & told them no, & not to call here again. But still had ANOTHER missed call from them this a.m.

They call all the time. I just let my 2 year old answer it.

Great idea, IF you could still find a coin phone that isn't in a scary part of town!

They call my work number at 8:15 am & 5:30 pm every day.  I don't answer toll-free numbers.

Well.........I finally figured this crap out. My landline will be gone tomorrow and the new iphone app lets me put phone numbers in that I want to ring.   I love it.

I got one months ago a washing machine and a dryer, now there don't stop calling me. I blocked them with the first number and now there calling with this number.
I know now why many Sears stores are closing up. I was a costumer and what I get for it, phone calls after phone calls. I will not buy anything again from Sears
