I think they are in their legal rights but the problem is the manner in which they are going about getting the money. It is extremely 'Unethical'. They are disquising what they are doing. I just came in to contact with this company when I noticed $79.95 deducted from my checking account by them. They are definitely a SCAM and they should be ashamed of themselves. If we had money to just give away there would be no reason for us to seek assistance through a PayDay loan service? I hope everyone working for this company gets thrown in jail. I am going to do everything in my power to get this business desolved and get them arrested. I will keep you posted on the progress of this suite I am about to file............................. I've never lost a case yet, everyone affiliated with this company needs to be afraid, very afraid!!!!

 I too was hit by these scam artists.  I thought maybe I had given this company information that I should't have.  I soon found out how this happend.  I was trying to get a quick pay loan.  These con artists get your information from these loan companies and start stealing from you.
 This must be a very small batch of thieves that are running these cons. I also tried to call and got the same person every time, then she got to where she would not answer the phone calls.  I was told that there are no refunds, tough luck, too bad so sad.  
 I am on a fixed income and $79.95 is a lot of money to lose out on.  I've spoken to my bank and since they know me, they are giving me the benefit of the doubt, and working with me.
 I am reporting them to every agency I can, I think since they don't live in my state this becomes a federal offense.  Cross your fingers, with all of us working together, we will be able to shut them down.

they tried taking money out of my account and i don,t even know them.When I call them they never answer or put me on hold then hang up.

This company drafted money from my account without authorization and ended up overdrafting my account.  When I called them the automated answering put me on hold and then hung up.  We need to stop this company and all others who feel free to take money from innocent people.

I have the same problem they took money out my account and now I'm short on paying rent and other bills. You guys need to stop this number from calling people.

I too just got nailed by these guys.  I know on some payday loan applications there were some spots to check if you wanted a credit card - in all instances I put NO.  You need to contact your bank and ask them to do a "Regulation E" investigation.  You will also need to provide a letter to your bank with your account number, date and amount that was taken out.  They will normally credit your account back within 10 days.  WE ALL WANT TO STOP COMPANIES LIKE THIS so you should also:

Contact your local police or sheriff's department and have them take a report.  If you know where they are located (apparently it's 25337 N Carson, Ste 4077, Carson City, NV 87906).  Ask them to forward it to the Carson City Sheriff's Office - they can fax it to 775-887-2016.

Also file complaints with the attorney general's office in your state and in Nevada - the Nevada AG's office link for the complaint form is http://www.ag.state.nv.us/org/bcp/complaint_form_bcplv.pdf

i was stunned after seeing my online banking account of 79.95 was charged with overdraw of 35.00. through trying to get a quick pay loan.I got pissed off and attempt to make call so no luck but left messages.so i called bank to file a complaint today .

They also took my money out of my account how do they get your information. thats sad that some people are that dam crazy. I wish like hell I could see this people.god has better plans for us.

I just checked my checking account today and $14.00 was debited out of my account by this Platinum Service company. I am pissed especially since reading all these other comments. Ill try and contact these people too, but apparently it looks like that is impossible.

i have been scammed by this same phone number for 79.95 2x's in one day which caused me an overdraft fee of 70.00 totaling 214.00.

They took money 79.95 out of my debit account.

I have no idea who they are or how they got my banking info.

I was scammed for $79.95 by Platinum Services. I was very very upset. I have since changed my banking info. I really feel sorry for these people who are stealing this money from people. Don't they know that this will catch up with them? I am not upset anymore. These people need a relationship with Jesus Christ. God will provide all their needs. They should put their trust in the Lord.

Scam! Just go to your bank and file a dispute.. Your bank will help you solve this matter..

This company charged me as well and told me the same thing it is telling everyone else.  Best thing to do is have your bank or credit union reverse the ACH charge.  File a complaint with the bank and or credit union.  Then as I did make sure you call the company to cancel your "account".  I had a charge of $79.95 placed to my checking account.  Got the same call from someone telling me I was preapproved for a credit inwhich I explained I didn't need.  Unlike the rest of you I know how theys got my info.  I was checking online payday loans to get my brakes fixed.  However Maximumplatinum.com used the information in a fraudulent manner because I was not trying to obtain a credit card.

I noticed $79.95 debited from my checking account.  I called the company and they said that it was for shopping at home on line.  I never authorized any such transactions with this company.  I am disputing these charges with my bank and closing my bank account down.  This has been happening more than once and I think just because I gave information to one company for a loan in which I received.  Somehow, there alot of other companies that can grab all your information and try to screw you with your monies.
My bank said that I should be refunded my money back in 5-7 days. Once this is done, I will change my bank account number.

I went to my bank and reported it. they reimbursed me back the $79.95 I also paid $20.00 to have a stop payment on that company which means if they try to take any more money the bank will stop the transaction

when applying for payday loan applications there are other offers on there if the offer is selected yes if u skip it, it will submit the application these companies have there own site to go and apply for there membership so it is the customers responsibility to read everything they are putting there info on platinum srvc is not responsible on how a vendor has there offer advertised emails are sent to the address put in the system they do not call send out cards or blank applications i was crged for this membership as well but after some p.i. work i realized that it was my responsibility to read and to check my emails

They called my cell I never answered the calls. I erased the messages. They took money out of my bank account also. They sent me a bill saying I owe money, which I don't even have this credit card either.
