platinum services tried to take 99.95 out of my checking account without my consent. And as a result I now have an overdraft in my account I want that taken care of.

please do not take my money on my account with out i know and talking to me chart on my account was $99.00  i need my money back

They got me too and I live paycheck to paycheck and can not even pay the rest of my bills.I do not even have money to buy charcoal for my daughter's birthday party today.How can these people get away with this.Please help.I think we all need to write a letter to the president of the United states and see if that gets our money back.

they took 99.95 out from my account and will NOT answer the phone when i try calling. the only way i can "stop" is to change my bank account!

these [***] took 99.95 from my acct, this had to be a scam from a pay day loan i applied for, they are now closed at 7pm and i will call tomm-friday.
and i will ask them to reimbure me 30.00 for isf and will report them ti liilnois atty general

They have taken 99.95 out of my checking plus 14.00. I have no idea who they are, how did they get my information, unfortuanately my bank is not going to put it back in, and I have to file a police report just to get my bank to close my account and let me start a new account.

They withdrew 99.95 from my bank account. I already filed a claim. I might have to switch accounts because of this. I am freaked out.

Be aware of someone from this company taking $99.95 from my checking account.  I don't know the name of this company and not able to speak to anyone..Of course, I am disputing the debit with my bank but, it is an inconvience.

call the 800 number. I just did and they are an online shopping account that says you have a 10,000 line of credit on thier online network. The guy I just talked to kept saying that I should go the site and buy something and after 3 or 4 times of me saying that I just wanted the account closed he said okay, but that they couldn't issue any refunds. The number is 800-972-8094. Don't even bother to listen to the menu, just press 0. Hope this helps someone.

I was also scammed by this company!  The phone number I obtained from my bank is 800-972-8094.  It is presently not a working number.  If you have a contact number for Platinum Services, please post it?  The company number posted on YAHOO is "supposedly", now a residential number.  Thank you!

I also had 99.95 twice taken out of my checking account. I am going to close my bank account
and open a new account. I never sign for this I don't have a clue what co this is.

I also got hit by these guys and i tried calling but no one answers and they are tryin to get me for 99.95 and now i am over drafrted in my checking account and im not happy about that.. These people need to get a honest living like everyone else

Well, they hit me for $99.95 of course pending on Friday afternoon, called the bank and they suggested I go in this morning at 10am, when they open to do a dispute. I managed to fine the phone number:  800-972-8094 this morning, of course called it and they are closed. When I looked up member services inc on the website, it goes to an automotive thing of some kind..I will be calling the BBB and my attorney general along with filing a dispute with my bank.. They never made a phone call to me nor did I ever get any kind of email.

Checked my account balance and found out on Christmas Eve there was debit for $99.95 which I never consented to or was even aware of. My checking accout is set up to not allow any transactions once my balance reaches zero dollars available.  How could this happen?

I notced the charge frpm this "PLATINUM SERVICE 8009728094".

Has anyone ever gotten their money back?

The number (800 972-8094) that the majority of the complaints are referring to does not even belong to Platinum Services, Inc.  Some shaddy tech savy character is clearly using Platinum Services name to commit unethical acts.  Alas people who are being taken advantage of -- go to Platinum's website
( www.pltnm.com/ ) and you will see that their contact information is different then what is on your statement.  Also, notice all the complaints, if PLATINUM SERVICES actually were the BANDITS, they would very soon be out-of-business for good!  Therefore it is recommended to contact the authorities for any of those who have been taken for a ride!  Good Luck!
