I was furious much like the rest of you when I found this fraudulent charge.  I tried contacting the number given for "Platinum Services", to no avail, they were rude and hung up on me.  
SO I contacted my bank and as gracious as they are, they are faxing me completed ACH dispute forms that all I have to do is sign.  My bank ensured me that once signed, my stop payment would go into effect and I'd see my money as well as make sure this FRAUDULANT/RIPOFF entity will be unable to wreak any more havoc on my account.  By the way they never called me either, I found their number on my bank statement!

I've tried numerous times, 1. to talk to a manager, again was hung up on, 2. told them I was recording conversation based on recommendations from my States Attorney General Office & Better Business Bureau, so they could hear why this was NON REFUNDABLE, guess what, they hung up on me again...3. I called back this time stating first that l was recordeding the conversation for the BBB and SAG in SC can hear why they are not refunding my 99.95!  I got the same answer, "you were sent an email....."

Now I'm more than PI$$ED, and I can be as big a behind as they are!  Now that my funds have been returned by my bank and all future payments have been stopped in their tracks.... I have from 8 in the morning to 3:30 in the afternoon till the kids return from school, it's time for this stay at home mom to have some fun returning the harassment!!!   If you get the chance call them for yourself....it might make you feel better!  I know I do....ha...finally, I get the last laugh!

I went online to seek a small payday loan, and low and behold these people TOOK  money!! $99.95!!
Which also put me in the red now, overdrawn! That is exactly why I had to close my last bank account, it's unfortunate that we cannot even feel safe enough to place an order online much less anything else !

I will tell you what I did, I called the fraud protection department at my back, I filled a claim, my money is back in my account 24 hours later, and I have closed that account, and reopend another with my same bank. What a bunch of BS to go through to keep someone out of my money.

they are attempting to deduct 99.95 from my bank account. this is FRAUD - no one answers at the phone number 8009728094. thieves. call your bank report fraud get balance refunded

98    complaints     regarding  Billing or Collection Issues

For me it was a simple call to my bank, they faxed me a stop payment form, and I was refunded within the hour.  I was out of town and was able to conduct business, via fax and email.  My bank was on top of it!  It also prevented any future ACH deductions from this fraudulant company...good luck!!!

Plat SRVC 80 Internet keeps taking $28 per month at $14.00 per time and my bank took a report and then wants me to change my bank account. I am retired and will have to contact any debit accounts I have. I ordered nothing.

this company has debit  $14.00 from my account over and over again. this number appears on my bank statement without a name.

i got a withdraw from my checking acct for $99.95 from this phone number. Have no idea why or who they are.

Didnt get a call, per se/// but wound up 99.95 NSF due a charge placed on my checking account by PLATINUM SERVICES, After finding this page I contacted my Bank, WElls fargo, and put a stop and investigation in the works. They have done this for me in the past with good results. I recomend this to all of you. Dont get mad,,, bite a piece off their az!!

I found this place on my account they took nearly $100 out of my account! We need to find a way to stop this now!

On 3/12/2010 I noticed that my account was overdrafted by 133.95. Platinum service I don't know how they got my account information

I have no idea who this co is and they took $100 out of my account costing me $30 for insuffician funds.  Now I'm in the red with a bank I had a good reputation with.  Like everyone says...they don't even answer their phone I've been trying all morning.  I'm in trouble financially becase of them. I'm on SS and a very tight budget.

The following amount was taken out of my checking account and

My bank account was debited $99.95 on March 22nd 2010.This company Platinum Svs. said that I applied for their  acct on March 6th 2010....I have no knowledge of this company at all....I  told them that I don't want there services and never applied for anything with them. I asked them to please refund me my money back into my account....And they told me that there is a 7 day cancellation period and I was beyond that date.......How can I cancel something that I didn't apply for........They are nothing but a SCAM!! They debit your account after the date that they steal your  bank account info so you can't ask for a refund.........If you have been SCAMED by this company PLEASE CLOSE YOUR BANK ACCT ASAP! Because they are not going to give you your money back..........And make sure that you have your bank start a dispute so that you can recover your money that way!!
