I am so beside myself and cannot believe that this business can get away with this.  I, no different than all of you, have been ripped off for $79.95.  Which I cannot afford.  I have 2 children and am a recent widow.  I was looking online to see if I had enough money to buy a turkey dinner and still pay my insurance, to find this scam company has taken money from my account without any authorization.  My bank gave me the 800 number to call, I called and the person I talked to was so rude and told me there was a no refund policy, and good luck getting my money back & hung up on me.  I called back in tears and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told to go "f" myself and once again hung up on. This was crazy.  I to was told to about the email and was lied to because I did check my email and i never received any email stating i had 3 days to cancel whatever this membership was.  I too am now out of these monies and will have to go to my bank and go through the process but it does not change the fact that I am out this money and now have to decide to pay my car insurance or a Thanksgiving dinner for myself and my 2 children.  Guess what wins, not the dinner:(  What can we do about this company??

I was hit this morning with 2 ACH's for $79.95 to total $159.90. I immediately called the 800 number and spoke with a rep named Brenda. She told me that I applied for a payday loan that I never got and that I applied for this card. She said that they sent me an email on 11/15 stating that I applied for this card. I told her that it must be an invisible email because I was looking at the email address that she mentioned and for the 15th there was nothing there. She told me that my money was non-refundable and I told her to hold on and called the Maryland State Attorney General's Office. When I clicked back over I told her who I had on the phone and to tell them that my money wasn't non refundable. She quickly stated that she was cancelling the membership. I called my credit union and they faxed me a written statement under penalty of perjury and I faxed it back to my credit union and they immediately put the money back in my account. My advice to anyone whose having issues with this company please contact your State Attorney's General Office immediately and file a report.

they debited ny acount 79.95 two times in a matter ok 2 minutes the bank said do a police report and they can dispute it we could all actually sue them and got to court any other info contact me at phlvr04@yahoo.com

Luckily they haven't caused me to overdraft my account but if I had not saw this when I did I would have.  They drafted my account for $79.95.  And of course it's the weekend so I can't do anything until Monday...and here it is Christmas time.  Real good people.  And no they didn't call me.

No message but these people took money out of my account and I don't even know who they are

This company has been taking money out of my account for months now. I did not realize this was happening until they overdrew my account and I recieved a letter from my banking institution advising me of this. Now I am unable to reach anyone at the number provided for this company. I want my money back.

how do we cancel this we never even athorized this charge from our account

"Member Services" Company took 14.00 per month out of my spouses checking account and would not cancel service saying I started this. I never was able to get a name out of them other than Member services. I am not even authorized on my spouses account. When I called in they kept asking for checking account ending numbers and also had my email account listed. How did they get this???? Not from me or my family!!! How has this been going on so long and no agency has stopped this fraud???? This is horrible.........they should be jailed!!!!!!!!!

my bank has been helping me try to figure who these people are, I also do not recall authorizing anyone to charge $14.00 from my account and no 800 number to call to verify this information. I have requested that they put a stop to any drafts from my account from this company whomever they are.

I have another 800# that is listed for for some loc identity theft co that is having funds withdrawn from my account that ph# is 800.477.8189 I called that company and they said they have been getting alot of calls about this they have no idea who this company is.

I am sick to my stomach, just reading the list of people who have been duped, along with myself.  I can't believe that I let this go on so long without thinking it was a scam.  Like clockwork, they were steadily taking $14.00 dollars from my account every month.  Now I feel like an idiot for not questioning my bank when I first thought it was strange.  Honestly, I thought that I may have gotten myself caught up in something that I set up, so I let it ride but the longer this went on,I knew I didn't have a credit card with that title or bill being sent to me for that matter, so I decided to call the same number listed above (it's the one provided on my bank statement), and my story is the same as the rest of the people here. Does it end with you demanding that the bank reverse these payments or stop it, or is it not that easy?

I called this number 1-800-972-8094 and they told me I need to give them a account number.Be fore they could give any more information I need to know.What should I do?

They also was suppose to send me a card for a $10,000 merchants, plus a card for $2500, plus $100.00 cash card.Do you think this is a fraudlant company?

well one hundred dollar was taken out of my checking account by "platinum service 8009728094" and i've got no idea who or what they are so could anyone please let me know.

i have just had the same thing to me today. i have never talked to these people once and I looked at my checking account and i seem to have been charged 95.95 and i have not even applied for a credit card. When i called the 1800 number said they was closed. Correct me if im wrong but if this was a real cc card wouldn't they be open 24 hrs 7 days a week. Anyways now im left with a 95.95 charge on my account to something i have not applied to for a product i do not have. after Monday when i call again they better either refund the charge or they will be hearing from me again. I can make a lot of noise.

But i did call my bank account and they said since i have never even talked to them before i could depute the chargers. course i will have to wait for it to go back in my checking account. I would not even both trying to call them. A credit card number is open 24hr a day 7 days a week and there not even open on weekends. This is a fraudulent charge and you can depute it with your bank with a little work. They can also put a stop payment on any new charges to your account so they will be unable to do it ever again.

i am disputing my own charge of 99.95 plus the 35.00 overdraft fee which this transaction has caused me and i am very peeved and feel so violated that they would unilaterally debit my account like this. my bank, capitol one, is very accomodating in helping me dispute this and i hope to see the credit on my account for these false charges.

Just got $99.95 taken out by these [***] [***], got through to them once and they said "oh you got an email saying you had 3 days to cancel", I'm working with my bank right now but this is the result of me browsing for payday loans. Watch out.
