I just had a debt of $99.95 taken out of my checking account which I didnt authorize from a company called Platinum service and I called the 800-972-8094 and spoke to Lynette that was really ruid to me and she hung up on me and then I spoke to a Richard who stated that he was a manager and that he wouldnt refund the due to I authorized it which I didn't. They have two companies at there location which is National Platinum and Maxium Platinum and both are for a credit account for $10,000 which you can buy things from. Rip off. To get through to them call the 800 number and then hit 0 and you will get a operator.

Will I get my money back if I file a fraud claim with my bank?

I just had $99.95 deducted from my checking account by Platinum Services.  I have called my bank (JPMorgan Chase) and was told I had to wait for the amount to clear.  Once it clears, I can then fill out the forms to request the money be returned and stop any future transactions from this company.

I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I plan on writing a letter to my US Congressman in Washington, DC, and they US Attorney General.

I just found this charge on my checking account yesterday. I stopped payment on it. I hope like hell someone nabs these jerks. That 99.95 is all i have left till payday NEXT Monday and with 2 kids to feed thats not gunna go very far. Who do they think they are? What would happen to us, the average joe blow if we did that to people??? Thats right sittin in jail or something, why do they get away with it???????

they took $14.95 out of my checking account, now my checking account is in the negative and i'm supposed to make a car payment  before they take my car. whoever finds out who is take money out of peoples account without permmisiom let me know.

I don't Know how they did it, or who they are yet ??  But when i find out I'm going to gut the [***] like a fish!!! I promise you that you sons- a - bithes!!

it happened to me & I called my bank. evidently it's from Ace Cash Service loan and I am PISSED. I'm calling them tomorrow and demanding they put it back in account.

Today I discovered a withdraw from my checking account from this company. I disputed the tranasaction with my bank. The bank put a stop payment on the transfer. The bank informed me that the funds are usualy issued back to accounts within 24 hours. I closed my checking account annd opened another one, just in case.

Same thing with me.  I was hit for 99.99 and when i called the lady kept saying it was for a 10,000 credit line to a online shopping site. which wasn't anything i ever wanted, but she would not give me any info and just told me i had to fill out a fraud for and get a police report done.  and that i had an email sent to me to refuse the offer and only had three days to do so, which i never received any email either i have checked through all of them.  we all need to take this to next level and get the feds invovled, my brother-in-law works for them in washington, and i have contacted him with all the info, and he is going to check it out and put these people where they belong

I was charged for platinum service which I did not want this service and I want my money back, I want this service cancelled. I want my money back in my checking account at once. I want all this cancelled with platinum service. I did not give anyone permission to take this money from my account., so please return the $99.95 and the $29.91 back to my checking account and do not do this ever again.

They just took 99.95 out my account and I need my money I called they're number...I am pissed off because I needed this money to pay bills so now I have to call my bank's dispute department.  Called the 800 number and it's closed until Monday calling the BBB on this company.  Now i'm pissed no money to buy groceries till I get this straightened from my  bank. It was suggested that  I change my account.  Why can't the banks protect us.

Same thing just happened to me.  I never received a call, an email, a letter, etc.  They just took $99.95 out of my account.  I asked for their physical address, they wouldn't give it to me.  I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager, I asked to speak to their fraud department, she said I could only communicate with them through fax.  My bank is handling this, and instead of closing my account so they didn't take more $ out, I had my bank issue a permanent stop payment with an open date and any $ amount.  This company needs to be prosecuted, and trust me, I will make sure it happens!  I am military, this is not going to happen to me again!

I just did today 5/7/10. My bank filed a Fraud claim and gave me my money. You should do it ASAP.

Yes i beleive it's those payday adds. Same thing happened to me today. I just filed a FRAUD CLAIM with my bank and getting the money back. I guess i missed those FINE prints. I learned my lesson though
