Call you bank asap and stop payment tell them its a unauthorized charge. then contact your states Attorney Gen. and file a complaint with them

Call you state attorney general, they will get your money back and stop it.  Also get a ne bank account.

I was just given this number from a bank telling me that that company attempted twice to take 99.95 out of my account in April and in May. This account was set up after I tried to apply for a loan, that account is inactive and I don't touch it. Now I owe that bank a couple hundred. I don't even know who the company is!

5/2010  I'm another victim of 800-972-8094.  This number is assigned to Platinum Services. I'm not
exactly sure what what type of scam services they provide.  I looked up their web site and to my
surprise, my checking account was debited 99.95.  According to my bank customer service rep
the money was taken out by DB ACH DEBIT.  I understood there is no way of tracing the debit to
locate where the company is located.  The only resource I had was calling the 800 number and
no one would give any information.  I was advised to close my account and debit card and reopen
a new account.  The bank also advised when checking the web sites and they need your debit card
number or checking account number "BEWARE".  It's usually some type of scam.  Get out of the web site immediately.  I have filed an affidavit of unauthorized draft activity.  The bank will investiage and
try to get my account refunded.  If it is illegal to write bad checks and possibily getting prosecuted
how do these companies get away at scamming people.

they took 99.95 out and a lady answered phone saying she was a supervisor. i asked when do supervisor answer phones on monday am. meeting always in any cooperation. she hung up saying go get identity theft. well when i catch them they will need god cause when u scam God- fearing people. payback is soon to follow. this is nationwide so fed time right. i hope they are aware some people cant let things go. ill see them in court.

It is the payday loans attachment and prepaid Visa cards. Attach info and jump info over to fraud company. I will call Attor. Gen. now.

Write the BBB they will take care of it for you.  I filed a complaint and it only took a few days to get it taken care of.

It just happened to me and I have to go through a dispute and change my card and account info.

i had a debit for 99.95  now my account is overdrawn.  when you call you get a busy signal or if they answer you are never transferred.   it said  platnium services

They took out 99.95 out my account today!!  Same boat as everyone else I did not auterize this and it is Sat, and can't talk to anybody!

File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as a fraud complaint with your bank.  The company is ran out of Carson City, NV. under the name National Platinum.

I did not sign up for anything with this company. I have called and emailed a million times and theyre still taking the money out of my account. Calling the number but you cant get an answer it is very [***] irritating to me.

These people took out 99.95 from my husbands oefcu account with out notice and now we are short on the bills and rent. When we tried to call them we kept getting hung up on. This is not right. They wont even return the money that they took out. The bank put a hold on everything and we cant even go to the store or gas station cause we got no money. This is bull crap on what thety are doing to people.

yeah they just got me for $99.95! I have been checking out online payday loans so becarefull i think thats how got my info.

They took took money out of account and I did not give them the right to do this. They should put the money back in my account. Watch out for this company. they are scam and give you nothing. I am closing the account and will not use my account any more. They are called Poatinum or something. Dont listen to 1-800- numbers and prank calls. I-800--972-8094 is a prank. I need 170.00 back in my  bank. Please help stop this.

How can you get them from taking peoples money out of their accounts. They got me and I am so mad. I need to find out how we can stop them. I am filing papers on them.
