Same thing happened to me, $99.95.  It's a weekend and no one there t otake my call!

There was a $99.95 charge taken out of my account and it was not authorized and I dont even know who or what this company is and I want my money back.

Well my story is a bit different so far from all i have read about this company. I was also looking for a payday loan online. The next day i was contacted my Platinum Services.The man asked if i was more interested in clearing my debt or repairing it, i told him repairing it. They went over the package with me, $9500.00 to spend on their site plus up to &1500.00 cash advance all at 6%. They told me the processing fees and annual fee was going to be $99.95. I agreed and in order to confirm it all, had to press 7 on my phone which gave them permission to debit my account. Has this happened to anyone else? I spoke with my bank already and if they do not comply, they will handle it. I will keep you updated on what happens. I will be calling them on monday 6/28/10 to see where my card is and where should i shop.

Platinum Service Internet payment for $99.95 was deducted from our account over the weekend.  WE DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS CHARGE and have never heard of them.  We did file a dispute and a claim with our BANK.  We will get our money back.  We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and our Attorney General's Office, also.  I will be calling them at 9:00AM this morning and give them a piece of my mind.  Thank you.

My account was debited 99.95 then 159.95 today I have called the company 5 times and gotten hung up on 9 different times they will not give your money back and tell you that there was an email sent to my email which was never done and that you have three days by the way the email was supposed to say do not reply lol if you signed up for something why would they send you a message saying donot reply but over the phone tell you that you have three days from the time the email is sent to cancel but your still not going to get your money back. and they will tell you that someone else must have your info because someone had to do it??? no they did it and then when I told her I would be getting my money back the [***] laughed at me wtf kind of customer service is that i mean I work as a CSR and if I laughed at someone and got smart I would lose my job!! just play it safe and get it fixed through your bank!!!

i just placed a stop payment for a bank fee of $30 as the $99.95 was still being processed. but am still filing a complaint for fraud to mt account and filling out the BBB forms online as we speak.

I had the same thing happen to me on July 2, 2010, they took 99.95 out of my account, I had to file a police report, and file a dispute charge against the transaction, also will have to close my account and open a new one, to avoid them trying this again ,,,,it's a hassle but scammers/thieves will stop at nothing to get your money..this all started because I tried to get a loan online .(which I never got). that's the only way I think of how they got my information..

Platinum Srvc 8009728094 has been withdrawing from my checking account for months and I don't even know how I got into it.  Every month, $14 has been withdrawn.  But this passed weekend on July 2, 2010 I got two withdrawals from the same people one for $14 and the other for $99.95.  So far I can tell it started from last year and I don't know how to stop it.  If it is from a credit card then I would understand but it's not, I accounted for all of my current credit cards.  Except for one, I used and haven't used for 2 years and never renew it.  Could be from that but I do not know for sure.

Hi everybody! I've had an experience with there individuals lately too. They took $99.95 from my account, when I called them, they didn't even want to give me their name - all I knew was Platinum Service, that appeared on my statement. They kept saying that I applied for some sort of store or shopping credit line (which I wasn't) and somehow they charged not my card, but BANK ACCOUNT directly.
I ended up with filing a dispute in my bank - they got my money reversed the next day and blocked any further charge attempts from there guys.

This same thing happened to me. They took 99.95 from my bank account. When i called them, they told me I had signed up online for their platinum card services. Here is the trick, I threatened them with lawsuit and had my lawyer contact them. The money they withdrew was put back in my account that same day. The key is to look for something in the mail. If you get something saying that you are pre-approved for a line of credit with anything involving Platinum Services, contact your bank immediately and close your account. Open a new one and they will not be able to withdraw the funds. If they have already taken money out, and according to them they have no refund policy, threaten them with lawsuit and have a lawyer contact them directly. It worked for me

they deducted 99.95 out of my account today with outh any auth or anything im calling my bank monday to tell them about it.some kind of scam......

I was looking at my bank statement online and saw where 99.95 was taken from my bank account I reported it to my bank but was told it could take up to 7 business days to solve and by this time I could end up with insufficient funds. I tried to call this number back but it keep showing rejecting on my cell phone.

They just got me for $99.95 and I have have never heard of them nor have I received anything from them. My bank is chraging this back and we are filing a report.

This company too $ 99.95 out of my account.  I don't know who this is and they have just stolen the money from me.  Isn't there anything we can do about this?

They did the same thing to me. They took $99.95 out of my account without me even knowing it until I got an email from the bank about an overdraft. I called the bank and they will file a dispute for me. It probably wont do anygood but why not try.

I want everyone to know that my bills can't be paid because this company takes money from people and doesn't give it back. they are free-loaders and will take your money. If they were decent enough, they would give their name and not hide the fact that they are stealing. There was $99.95 taken from my account and I live paycheck to paycheck. The government needs to step in and do something about this. This is not right and it's demoralizing to the people who are being taken advantage of. Especially people who live paycheck to paycheck.

call ur bank and report the fraud. ur bank will imdediatly block them from any future transaction! CALL NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
