I am disgusting I have had a $31.80 removed from my account & Bank of America are fighting this for me. Who are these disgusting fraudulent rip off merchants your karma will come back at you, hopefully not a moment to soon!

I wanted to let everyone know that this deduction from account turned out to be a calling card that I had used & re-charged over the phone.... so happy that this is resolved it is a Sprint pre-paid calling card :)

i just had two debits from my account from this company , i dont know who they are or why i'm being charged. they took a total of $113.00 from me if anyone has ever gotten intouch with these people please post who they are

Yup, they tried to $99.95 out my checking account.  I called to dispute the charge and the bank issued a stop on future transactions.  Somebody recently tried to open a credit card with my information and they possibly got checking account information from a credit report.

They didn't call me, this is the number in the checking account description.

I got SCAMMED TWICE By this company. I was trying to get a pay day loan to get caught up on some bills and I have received NUMEROUS emails and calls before and delete them all and NEVER ONCE filled out an application for maximum platinum credit card because I READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS and my checking account was charged 99.95 TWICE causing my account to be overdrawn causing my car payment to be returned.... now how much dang since does it make to be trying to get HELP with your bills and they have now caused me to have FOUR MORE!!!! I just saw this yesterday and plan on marching into my bank first thing tomm. morning!

Unauthorized charge for 99.95 on a credit union account that belongs to my son.  He is in Afghanistan so I knew it was not authorized.  I haven't called the 1 800 # yet, but I will and I won't stop until I get somewhere.

My scam was via Internet not phone..  but I was charged $99.95 on my bank account.  I'm still not exactly sure how they got my bank information but I'm skeptical that it may have been a Pay Day Loan.  I have called the 800# listed and I can't get to a live person at all.  The automated system doesn't go anywhere.

I was also scammed by these guys.  When I called them to let them know that I didn't need or want their services they told me to bad to sad you are struck and can't get out of it.  They drafted my account for $99.00 which I needed for other things.

This company has tried for a second time to draft my account for $99.95 that I did not authorize. I tried to call them more than once this morning and keep getting hung up on. Calling my bank to have them stop the transaction this is ridiculous!

I have the same problem with this company. I read all the comments and this is what happened. I have had several withdrawals from my checking account for $99.95. I called the number and waited for a long time for someone to answer the phone. I called 4 times. Everyone was very rude and I could not understand what they were saying.I do not know who these people are and I never received a phone cal.  I don't know how they got my checking account number. I went to the bank this morning and filled out fraud reports. It is my understanding that they cannot withdraw funds from your account unless there is a signature on a form. So the bank gave me a form to fill out where I state that I never signed anything. They said the money will be refunded in 3 to 5 days. BUT-I closed my account and opened a new one. It is a major hassle but the bank was very cooperative and said they have had numerous problems like this. PLEASE everyone. Go to your bank and tell them this is fraud and you did not sign anything giving these people the authority to take money from your account. It takes a lot of time but it worked for me. Don't let these people get away with this.

i am now a victim of this Pay Day Loan Scam they also took 99.95 from my account ...i hope these ppl get caught there is something we got to do to stop these scammers..any ideas anyone?

The same thing happened to me also. 99.95 was taken out of my account and i called the 18009728094 number TWICE and both times the customer service operators were very rude and ignorant. The first time was with a woman and the second time was a man. I didnt get a name from either of them and both of them hung up on me.  It took me about 20 minutes waiting on hold to get through to somebody.  This is completely ridiculous and something needs to be done about this company.

SO I checked my account this morning and was charged $99.95 for this "shopping account" that I never applied for.  Like everyone else on here it seems that they just took my money for the hell of it. I called this place 5 times before I was actually able to talk to someone everyone else just picked up and hung up.  Now I've worked in call centers before usually you get fired for call avoidance. Anyway, They said that I had been sent an email to the address I verified with them.  I don't even know how the hell they got my email or checking account number in the first place.  They claimed "I signed a user agreement that stated I had a 7 day trial period in which to cancel and that they have a no refund policy." I had to go to my bank file fraud charges, close my account, and open up a new one.  So now I'm in the process of filing a claim with my attorney generals office.  These people are so shady so be on the look out and they're down right rude as well. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE!!!!! If you ever have anything on your bank statement from them notify your bank and attorney general's office IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Platinum service took $99.95 cents from my account and they gave me a false website to shop on. And I did not give them permission to go in my account. That was not right. They are a scam. They told me I can not get my money back.

I just pulled up my bank account like I do everyday to verify the payments being taken out and I found a ACH deduction for $99.95 and the only description like everyone elses on here is 1 800-972-8094 unfortunately it is Saturday and I now have to wait till Monday to call them. If anyone else has found any resolution to this can you please let me know amanmckeag@aol.com. I have already spoken to my bank and filed a fraud file against them and there will be a stop payment, however not even my bank could guarantee that it would go through. Like everyone else I am just as pissed because now I am overdrawn.
