81002

i got charged for no reason and don't know why. pls don't send any messages again like this which i have to pay for. i want it to stop and no more messages sent to my phone.

I have had the same problem but with phone number 88990.
The company is CS@ZAMANO.COM.
I was told by my provider that this was a gaming company and to contact PayPal on 0800 500 212.
They were very good and told me they knew about the company and had problems with them.
They told me to text 88990 and send (STOP ALL). This I did. Then they gave me ZAMANO.COM's telephone number 0845 225 0750.
I contacted them and spoke with a lady who was very helpful. She told me that I would not be charged again and my number was now blocked with them and I would be refunded the amount that they had charged in 5 working days.
Hope this is of help to anyone experiencing problems with this company.

I am getting  3 texts and being charged £4.50 a week -  and can't stop it. Help!

How did you stop them?

And did you get your money Back?

I keep getting it sent to my phone costing me £1.50 please can I report this and stop it from happening

I visited the website for Qatar airlines & it seems this "company" with the 81002 number has piggy-backed onto certain phrases on the site. Not only this one but many others too. This is not the first time I've come across this! When you hit on something on the site, it redirects to a mini survey. Nowhere does it say you will be going to a premium phone site, Only that you have the chance to win 1) an IPad 2) An Iphone 3) something else thats not available. You suddenly find you have a text message saying you are now registered for this £4.50 a week competition line called Playnwin. Is there no way to stop these unscrupulous people.

When I put STOP to that number, they return with a text message saying I have unsubscribed & I will not be charged ANY MORE! So they have already taken £4.50 of my money. This is THEFT, pure & simple.

Just clicked on the further numbers with 810 prefix on this page & it took me directly to a MINI SURVEY!!!! And guess what it will enter me to win an ipad, iphone & something else costing - guess what? £4.50 a week!

This 81002 number i was subscribe and i do not know why send me few text . My t-mobile charge for for this text nine time each £1.50. which number show in my bill is 0700035914 . I am  did not sent or get text from this number. T- mobile told me this was third party  request to pay the bill they cannot do any thing. please help me, how can I solve this problem because  I am not able pay this bill.

I have just been charged by Orange £18.27 for Texts from this Company.

This is frqud and needs to be stopped immediately!!

My wife entered a competition to win a iPad online an as part of the process filled in her mobile number.
Weeks later she has been charged £40.50 direct to her O2 contract.
We have phoned the company - Zamano - responsible for this scam on 0845 225 2244 and they have agreed to refund in full.
We have also complained to PhonePayPlus who are investigating.

I would urge anyone who has suffered a similar fate to do the same.

It is also possible in O2's case to opt out of receiving and dialling premium rate numbers. If you wish to do this please phone your Mobile phone provider.

send the word STOP to the number

This is the biggest scam I have ever come across I was stupid to enter a competition for a free iPhone5 on the internet when paying a bill and since then it has cost me £20 from 81002 I believe it is Zing making the nuisance calls but if you send email to: cs@zamano.com and give your mobile number and 81002 they will stop this scam in its tracks. I am not sure what connection Zamano have with Zing but this scam  is most definitely from the Company:

I received an email back to say this will be stopped and they gave me a reference number.

I am a 70 year old pensioner and cannot afford this thing happening to me but an expensive lesson learned for me.  I fear for the youngsters with a mobile phone having enormous bills from this diabolical scam.

I am trying to message 81002 to stop but it wont let me send text could you please help me as I do not want to pay £4.50 a week to this company

I have been in touch with Zamano and they have put a stop to my phone and have promised a refund. I shall not be falling for one of these scams again.

I get messages from 81002 and charged me about £5. I would like to stop this.

True to their word I have been refunded the full £40.50 by cheque within five days.

I received 2 text from msgfree and i would like them stopped.

You have to send stop to 81002 or it wont stop they charge £1.50 every message you receive plus the stop one cheeky scammers

got conned by this company when I ordered  product from a bona fide company it appears that they piggyback on to certain things and before you know it they are taking money from your account vodaphone as my provider will not do anything about it as soon as I can Iwill change providers it is not fair taking money off pensioners like that
