you have subscribed , probably without knowing by filling in a quiz or something similar, to a website called zing.tv who have what is called a short code of 81002. to stop the calls send an SMS message saying simply STOP to 81002. THis should work

you have accidentally subscribed to zing.tv. To unsubscribe send an SMS message saying the single word STOP to 81002.
MAKE SURE YOU SEND IT FROM THE PHONE WHICH IS RECIEVING THE MESSAGES.

i am being constantly harassed by the number 81002, which is apparently owned by a company called    ZAMANO.apparently their number is 08452251808 and the mobile phone name they use is ZINGTONES.TV i am averaging approximately at least £10 per month on these totally stupid, pathetic and very expensive mobile phone calls. which i need to have STOPPED immediately. i am now so upset and angry that i feel that action in the courts are needed to take this company to TASK

My elderly mother has had £22.50 worth of text calls from 1/12/2011 till 5/02/2012 from these con merchants who appear to think they have the right to abuse good citizens who have not and would not have any intentions of having anything to do with these people .If they had any decency about them they would refund my mother and all these other people they have conned.

These swine have been texting me - 3 texts at a time - and I have been deleting them not realising - until I received my Orange bill - that they were charging me £1.50 a time.  I called into my Orange shop who told me it was the sender who was charging the money, not Orange, and advised me to text STOP to the number.

I totally agree with you, I have only just realised these rip off merchants have been charging me £1.50 a time for each unsolicited text message they have sent me.  My mobile bill has doubled this month because of this. I am also living on a state pension. They need to be tracked down and prosecuted.

Have just reported this but forgot to add they are sending me SMS text messages at £1.50 a time.  My mobile bill was double this month because of them.  They need to be prosecuted and made to refund to all their victims.

It also could be a company called 'Zamano' look it up also because my sister has been receiving texts saying about ringtones etc, and as soon as you open that text, who ever is hacking can get into your phone and access your details and take money off your phone, which is the reason that people are finding out that they have had to pay out more money than they have to if on contract or their money has been taken off their phone if on pay as you go. This has happened to 1000's of people too, if you get any messages advertising ringtones..etc Do Not Open Them!, even if you text STOP to the number which stops you getting any of the texts, they still have your details and can still access your phone details. I advise you to get a new phone, change all your details so that they do not have that information and cannot take any money from you anymore. If on contract, cancel your contract because if they are clever enough they can access your bank details also.

I dont think you can actually stop it, once you've opened the message they automatically have access to your phone and information, and whenever you put money onto your phone (if on pay as you go) they can get the money because they have hacked into your phone, if you're on contract they'll keep taking money from you and you'll have to pay it on top of your contract, so i advise you to cancel your contract, or get a new phone and do not open any messages if you do not know the number, because as soon as the message is opened, hackers have access to your phone information.
