Iv Just been mugged again £5.00 taken from my phone credit by a company called "ZINGTONES" I just had a message from them saying thans for joining. I never joine and never heard about this company who upon checking them out use a PO BOX ADDRESS.

Rhis is what Iv done . I informed my phone operator "orange" who informed me they are completly legal in what they do. They have banned their emails.
I WILL THIS AFTERNOON INFORM THE POLICE. ... wATCH THIS SPACE GUYS.. kATO

Just been robbed of approx £10. Some last week and some this week. Topped up yesterday by £10 and now only have £5.95 left. Sent two ordinary texts since yesterday. Talk about daylight robbery. Absolutely disgusting. Have texted stop immediately in caps to the 81002 number and had text back to say I am unsubsicribed. I sincerely hope so.

ZAMANO PHONE 08452251808 AND TELL THEM YOU DIDNT REQUEST THIS SERVICE AND WANT A REFUND, I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT SHOULD ARRIVE IN 5 WORKING DAYS.... HERES HOPING..

I just had a row with my mobile provider about this theft mfrom my phone and eventually got a number to call to 'unsubscribe' not that i ever did

I am recievng 3 text messages from this number every Thursday. Cost of thje calls to me £4.50. Not sure how I signed up for this Zing service. Just want to know how to unsubscribe

i have just had £4.50 taken off my balance,, who the hell are these people and why the hell are they allowed to do it, i am well pi--ed off,zingtones

i topped my phone up this morning,then loads of texts came through saying thanks you may now download your content.i have not subscribed to this service and when i tried to unsubscribe to the number tjey gave me it wouldn"t accept it.

I am experiencing some issues with fraudsters. Each week, 5 pound is deducted from my airtime. I do not understand the type of contract which necessitates such deductions. I have reported this to my service providers and I was told to send "STOP CALL" to the number. This of course does not seem to solve the problem as I am still receiving warning texts to recharge my phone so that they can deduct money. I have temporarily stopped topping up for this reason. Please help

I am having the same problem, I have texted Stop to 81002 but they send me a message that they dont understand my order

i contacted my customer support and they told me...you do txt stop, but "Stop" with a capital 'S'top...worked for me. hope this helps.
