why are you charging me for something i have not signed up to you best sort this out or i will tack action aginst your company

every weekend i get 3 text messages from 81002 and it cost me £8

I only lost £10  ,i feel for the kid's who have lost their allowance.
I am sure this is not legal so why is it still going on.
If i had an address to visit it would stop.
A law biding person ,who would wish no harm to anyone unless they
worked for Zing and similar companies.

wap.zingtones.tv.yesterday itopped my phone with £10,within 3mins that had gone ,I COULDNT STOP THEM,my phone buzzed another £1.50 GONe.the same thing has just happened again,HOW CAN I STOP THEM ROBBING ME?

Can the police not do any thing?we are being MUGGED!!!!!

THere must be something we can do about it,if i knew who they were,a solicitor would be advised.

i have sent stop and stop all in capital and lower case but still getting texts....i am pay as you go and have gone threw £10.00 this week thanks to there texts ....what can i do to stop it ....

i now have a icon on my blackberry of a gold disc ...dont no wot it is carnt go on it carnt remove it ....wot is it ....

I have the same problem with 81002 I texed STOP ALL but the texts still keep coming I see this as theft as I have not given permission for my phone to be charged in this manner I am pay as you go and was texted by them to inform me that my credit was running low obviously they needed me to top up my phone so they could keep texting me is there any end to this

took £4.50 from my credit,dont know what or who they are

I have just had all my credit wiped out by this same no. On the last message I replied Stop. Just had a message back to say I've been unsubscribed. I'm a 67 yr old who has no interest in what they offer and never subscribed in the first place.
