They also have a # they call from its 8322471740. They tried getting my ssn# I always say no and ask who they are. The never tell me they just make up names and never gave me a company name. One guy called about a debt I do not have and said they were n the process of taking me to court with possible jail time. I asked them what year the loan was from they said 2007. We u can't go to jail for a loan and any crimes commented n my state have to be filed whithin 2 years of the crime commented. There was no crime or loan just a poorly thought out scam. I told them the sate of limitations and he wanted to argue about it. I'm in law school. Lol these ppl are jokers. They called today and said I have film 8pm to call or further action will be taken. Lmao nice try and good luck. This scare tactic they use are unreal literally.

I have gotten a number of calls from Avante.  Sometimes They start at 0803 in the morning.  I tell them right after I get done with a back procedure that I am not feeling good and they ound it to me asking and yelling WHEN AM I GOING TO PAY THIS BILL AND I AM NOT A RESPONSIBLE PERSON.  I have told them that bill has been indispute for number of yrs.  I ask names or for supervisors and I get hung up on

I keep getting calls from this number leaving a voicemail stating It is urgent that I call them. When I call it is an Avante debt collection agency. I currently have no owed debt nor do I own a credit card.  How do I have this company stop calling me. It is apparent they have the wrong number or individual.

Apparently they sent me 19 letters, and I never received one. I guess the mailman doesn't want me to figure this out

I get about 15 calls a day, and approx 3 messages a day, all different people, or unable to understand the name, so I guess it could be the same person, then only one I understood for certain, was Tracie Adams she has left several messages in the past week, I don't return there calls cause my only debt is medical bills, so I would be hearing from the medical facility, not these fools that keep calling, however they never state why they are calling, just that "I MUST CONTACT THEM TODAY," leaving a name number and extension. And being a recent victim of credit card theft not once but twice, I don't  trust just any number that pops up on my caller ID, especially when they are demanding information, who expects to get anywhere with that?. I just want them to stop harassing me. I guess now knowing this is a fraudulent company, it's time to file a complaint, and start chewing people a new a** h***, she how they reciprocate.

This call came on my cell phone.  It is not listed in my name.  When i answered they hung up.  I wish people would leave me alone.  I pay my bills and don't owe anyone anything.  I'm on the do not call list.  Please help.

They are calling me too.. Hanging up and using fake names... Won't give me any information at all an they want me to pay them money over the phone for a bill I don't even owe. I have asked for a supervisor and I too got a fake name...Ruben... So sick of these rude people calling over something I don't even owe for.. Oh by the way they have my social security number... That concerns me greatly!

I was a collector, debtors have rights. Look at the Federal Trade Commission web site for them. Collectors are allowed to skip trace and locate someone, they are allowed to call work home etc... unless... you tell them they can't...Say "cease and desist" to them and if it is a real company by law they have to stop calling or it is then considered harassment. I have been receiving phone calls from Avante too and next time they call I intend on recording them, then I will be filing a lawsuit. They are indeed a fraudulent company. Any collector that calls you has to do three things in the very beginning of the call, 1st no matter who answers the phone they have to tell them they are being recorded for training purposes (RDG) Next they have to (VFI) verify information this is when a collector asks you to verify who you are by first and last name and at least one other piece of personal info, address, last four of SSN or date of birth. Third and most important they are supposed to read you a (MM) or mini Miranda, ..."this is a contact with a debt collector to collect a debt any information obtained with be used for that purpose."The mini Miranda is only allowed to be given to a verified debtors/co debtor and in some states the spouse unless the debtor or co debtors has already given permission to speak with some one else. If the collector discloses that they are calling about a debt or gives the mini Miranda to a person not considered a debtor/co debtor or otherwise allowed person it is considered third party disclosure and it is highly illegal.  They are supposed to do this any time they contact you and any time you have a first contact with another collector( when transferring your call)

this number has called me up to 3 times a day saying they want to talk to my husband and insisting that i give them his cell phone number..Trent is the man I spoke to and I have all their calls recorded.I have never done business with Avanta and now never will..

Keep calling telling me I need to call them back. I have had 2different people call me and tell me its a urgent matter or very important I call them. Dont know who they are and I dont have any outstanding bills. These people are crazy.

I am getting multiple calls from this number, and my number is on the national do not call list.  I have reported this company multiple times for harrasment and even called them telling them to take my number out of there system.  They told me that they would, this was back in September, but I am still getting the calls.  I do not owe money to any company and they should not have my number.  I also have never done business with this company.

I kept getting call about a bill i never had..Can i sue them.

This number calls everyday and never leaves a message. I called back got a message to hold and I would be assisted in a moment. 10 minutes passed and finally someone answered and asked what I wanted. The nerve you call me everyday and you want to ask me what I want! I told them not to call my number again and he got loud and rude, I hung up.

i have caller id i don't answer the #'s i don't konw. i also am on the do not call list--they call anyway and phone company can't or won't do anything. i have avante and an unknown calling everyday but sunday and it is annoying.

There was a message associated with the call left on my answering machine by a female,  Mosette Saunders stating she was with Avante USA and requesting that I call her at 866 618 9041 ext 627. She spoke in a very pleasing voice.

Bunch of hoes. Like WTF? They called me demanding payement. I was like sorry ma'am i dont know what your talking Bout. Than she got pissed and start demanding money and eventually i got pissed to. I plain out told her, " your probably some homeless women begging for money" and just hunged up

These are bottom feeder companies that try to keep collecting on debt already paid or passed on to other companies.  Payday loan companies that even though I signed up with one company, payday loan usa is the one trying to collect.  A huge company that has it's little companies change names so you have no idea who is trying to collect.  I do not pay attention to any of these companies.  I delete the messages since they can not tell me who intitially I owe.  One of these companies tried to scare me by saying a locator was in my area and was going to find me at my work.  Before I knew they were full of crap I paid a large sum to them.  A month later I got more calls.  They can all go to hell and every person working for them can burn in hell too.
