Call me constantly saying I owe sprint $500. My contract was up when I switch but sprint says I still owe them. A really ghetto girl was askin me how much money I make an hour and that I can afford to pay it. After sge got all pissed that I told I didn't owe any money in the first place she gave the phone to this really ghetto sounding guy. He told me if my husband was a real man he would pay our bills. Then, all of a sudden I hear a baby screaming in the background. I told the guy I was calling the cops and he hung up.

Bottom feeder collection agency.  They buy old defaults for 5 cents on the dollar and then hammer you with rude bull.  Doesn't seem to matter they called the wrong number until you Google their number and ask if the Texas Attorney General's Office has been in contact with them.

Don't hang up, waste their time and report them.

They call once a week claiming i owe for Verizon bill that i never had !

I just received a call from this number saying that my MasterCard was locked and to press 1 to unlock. After pressing 1 it asked me to enter my MasterCard acct #. I hung up and called the phone # on my MasterCard and they made no such call to us regarding this. Suspecting fraud.

I got a call from this number and it was a computer recording that said my Master Card was just locked and to press 1 immediately.  I don't have a Master Card.

Just received a call from the same number. Recording states "your debit card as been locked", please press 1 to reactivate. Called my bank immediately and found I wa the 3rd caller today receiving the same recording.  BTW--Card was not locked.

I am getting calls from this company and I have no idea what they want, but because I have no idea who they are, I am not going to talk with them until I know what their business with me is.

I just got a call from them and she wouldn't give me information on why she was calling until I gave my social security number.  I was like I do not think so I don't know you.  She said thank you we will try again another time.  Um no.

Just missed a call from this number. After reading these posts, I'm glad I messed it! Saved them as Don't answer this one! Lol...

This company called Avante keeps calling my boyfriends parents house looking me. My name has never been at that address nor phone number. Not sure what the calls are about nor how they got the number in the first place to associate me with people that only know me from their son

Save yourself some time and don't answer these calls. They called me today about some debt that I had in 2008, which wasn't even mine, and demanded that I paid up. First, I told them that the debt wasn't valid, and that even if it was, it was far past the statute of limitations in my state. They argued with me for a while, stating that there wasn't a real statute of limitations (which is illegal), and then said they were going to sue me for the balance unless I gave them my SSN, and a bank account number. To which I promptly told them that they had violated the fair credit act of 2003 on at least three occasions in one phone call, that I was recording the call to serve to my lawyer, and that they would be hearing from my attorney very soon. The woman swore at me and hung up. Complete bottom feeding chickenhawks!!!

They never leave a message, but call almost daily.  I just put them in my contact list and named it Scam - Avante, so whenever they call I know not to answer it.  

They keep calling me and hanging up! Grrrr!!!

This company has called my wife's phone almost daily for over 2 months now she tells me today.  No message left until today.  Did a quick google search and found this site.  Promptly blocked the number.  She changed cell phone numbers about the same time the calls started.  Thinking the last person with her new number skipped out on a debt or something.   Not going to waste another second of my life worrying about it.

I have received 2 calls from this unknown company.  No messages were left.

I received 2 phone calls today from this number. I answered the 2nd.  It was a woman claiming I owe $200+ for an emergency room bill and asked me to settle for $100 something.  She said the hospital was in Katy, TX but I'd never been to any doctors in Katy, let alone an emergency room.  She gave me a very old address from years prior to the date she said I'd been to the ER.   I followed up by calling the hospital to confirm and they had NO record of me ever being there. This is a fraudulent collections agency.

I got a call from Brandon Curry from Avante usa in Houston TX about a debt he said I owed to the local hospital from 2008. I thought that it was legit and he offered me a payoff of a third of the amount and I could pay it off in three pmts. I gave him my info and he has gotten the first pmt already. Can I get this back and how can I stop him from getting the other two pmts?

Did not answer, I do not pick up calls from people I don't know. They did not leave a message.
