this is Citicard's collection branch. They might also be used by other credit cards. I wouldn't personally give out any information to the people calling (it's  always a recording for me that goes to voicemail.), but if you log into your citi account online or call the number on the back of your card you will see that you are either late paying or over the limit. I'm both and have no way of paying citicards so they can stuff it. As far as I'm concerned the card has no more value to me so why would I pay it. F*ck em.

It's a scam, Phishing Scam, Never Been late in 14 years of having my account, Never been over limit.

Called the real Citi Phone Number on my card and they said they have no such number, and have no contract with any such collector at this number, Citi Instructed me to not give any information to this number and to only call the number on your card.

Total Scam, Just call the number on the back of your card.

This is a scam and Jason is part of it. I don't have an account with Citi. Also called and confirmed with their customer service. They took down the number to investigate.

The Intellisus information is wrong. The number originates from Kentucky, not Maryland.

They call 4-5 times a day, and leave no message, or do not answer when I pick up.

Have received repeated calls (probably a couple of dozen) over the past couple of weeks from this number.  I do have a Citibank card but anytime there was a late payment issue in the past it was handled professionally through their regular customer service department.  Plus Citibank showed up on my caller ID when they called, not just "Kentucky call". They also *LEFT A MESSAGE* if they really needed to speak to me!  I just got called by this number for the third time today.  The first two times I picked up and didn't say anything, and they hung up.  Then I looked up the number on here and saw that it's most likely a scam. The last time, a few minutes ago, I answered, "San Francisco Police Department, how may I help you?" A woman with a foreign accent said hello and said she was trying to reach (my name). I repeated, "You've reached the San Francisco Police Department. Do you have an emergency?" <silence> "Hello?" <silence> After that she hung up.  Let's see if that works...

These calls from KENTUCKY come several times morning, noon and night.  If it is a credit card I do not own one nor do I want one.  Very annoying.  I do not answer except sometimes to click on and immediately disconnect

I am on the govenrment do not call list, why have they permission to invade my privacy and anger me?

I got a call from 859 283 8071 they left a massage saying that I need to call them and that they are citi Card. But win I called Citi they told me that it is not them. This is a scam.

It is NOT a call regarding a credit card. I answer weekend phones for a utility company & I've received three calls from this number today.

Everybody getting a call from this number should report this scam on the FCC website.

This is CitiBank. They're calling to tell you you're late on your payment or over the limit. They don't leave a message because that's a violation of your privacy.

SEVERAL TIMES A DAY this number calls.....they ONLY HANG UP

I have been receiving repeated calls from this number; when I answer there is no response and then they hang up.

I called the # back and was met by a legitimate sounding person claiming that they were with Citibank. The woman asked for my account number, but I asked if she could look it up by my phone # instead. She said no, I said no and then called the number on the back of of my card.

I confirmed with the Citibank employee that all my accounts were in good standing and there was no reason for Citibank to initiate a call to my house phone #.
