Receive calls from this number 10-15 times per day. When I pick up, line goes dead.

This number has started calling me 3-5 times a day since Monday. I don't have any Citibank accounts nor delinquent accounts. I've blocked them using my Panasonic phone since my Time Warner account has maxed out at 30 blocked numbers. Seriously in this day and age, I can't believe spam calls like these still happen.

got a call on my home phone at 8:00 a.m. and cell phone at 9:12 a.m. (PST).  The call is from Kentucky.  No messages are left.  I do have a card with CitiGroup but my credit card is current and not late.

I get 6 or more calls a day and they don't leave any message - they start at 8:12 AM - getting darn annoying.  They don't even identify themselves when they call as I have caller ID and would know who calls.  All it has on the ID is Florence, Ky.  I am not answering calls unless I know who is calling with all these scams going around.

Same as most of the others - phone rings, answering machine picks up, they hang up.  Caller ID says Florence, KY.  Maybe if I try to sound like an elderly person, I'll get a response.

In my case, this actually was Citicard collections.  They would call 2 or 3 times a day and hang up.  One time, someone did ask to speak to my wife.  After seeing these posts, I looked up Citi collections online, called them, and indeed my wife was past due on something.  I would post the # but I suspect you'll not want to call a # just because someone on the internet says so.

My elderly mother cell phone log shows multplel calls received. When I answer they hang up... Thank you congress for enacting laws allowing cell phone solicitations.

If you think thats bad I have talk to them, and my phone is on a do not call list and they want my info.and they say it can't be fix without your phone number, BS they have caller ID

We've gotten several calls from this number lately. Usually they ask for the mumbled name of people we don't know. Once they said they were Citibank. Maybe they're really a bank or maybe they're just some scammers. I don't know. But we're not dumb enough to hand out personal information.

We've never so much as set foot in a Citibank, let alone have any dealings with them. We don't know anyone in Kentucky.

I've never done business with this [***] outfit. After they gave me a hang up call today I just spent the last half hour repeatedly calling the number back on redial, select 1 for english, then 0 for operator.  When the citibank operator answered I did to them as they did to me- hang up the phone.  they need a few thousand people doing the same to get the message.

Victoria I think you r right about jason, and thanks for bringing that to our attention. i had a call from them and i don't have an acct with them either.....so jason you are a damn liar!!!  Are these random recorded calls?  for sure I don't answer if I don't know the #.

This number is a scam trying to steal your identity. Do not give them any info!

Call shows Florence Kentucky and keeps showing up on my phone.

This is a scam. I dont have a CitiBank account.

No it really is citibank.  And I'm over my limit by 8 dollers.  Here are all the calls.

If it's Citibank... why don't they speak?

Has been caller everyday between 2:00 and 2:30 for the past 2 weeks.  If you answer, it is the same recorded message as if you let it go to voicemail.

I don't have an account with them and they keep calling my work phone. I have emailed Citi Bank and told them to remove me from their list, they said it will take up to 30 days for that to happen. I told them it was my work number and it was not appropraite to solicit on the number. They never leave messages.

It was citi card I was late made a payment with them over the phone and  then I check my account on line and few minutes later the payment was post it. IT IS NOT A SCAM!
