constant call from these people after telling them I had already made the payments... and giving confirmation numbers

Got behind on my UnoCal account but paid it off. Citibank has a habit of harassing their account holders to death. Sometimes ten calls a day 7am to 9:30pm. Just plain wrong. Problem with Citibank is that they continue to call well after the account has been paid and the check cashed.

I have received other calls from this related number as well for Shell Accounts. I don't have a Shell Account. I don't know if this number is associated with CitiBank but the girl who responded insisted that they are CITI but refused to provide any information about her company, real phone number, address, employee number etc. A Scam. This phone number is a "false number", a contrived number that shows a false caller ID.  Bottom line is NEVER give out your password or account information. If they can't tell you who you are, refuse to ID themselves, HANG UP!

I just paid my Shell Card and this number calls me.  I called the Shell number they told me they did not call.  The Caller ID I am told could be faked.

These people are relentless! THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!

This number keeps calling me over and over and nobody answers the phone when i answer it

getting calls from between 8:30am to 9:00pm every day at least 4 or more times a day our answering machine activates but nobody ever leaves a message.If this was from a regular company wouldn't they at least leave who they are and why they are calling.

the phone number 859-283-8074 is being fowarded to a Phone number in Russia, They have to be a scam BIG TIME, I have NOT had a credit card in 15 years and nothing with citi bank, The only thing I have is massive hospital bills, somehow I think these collectors for the medical are selling the info to scam artists in other countries

I got a call this evening around 6:55 pm - a woman left a voicemail which was virtually uninteligable.  I did get something about a 2007 Cadillac and now having a second car - also a reference to someone with the last name of 'Davis' and 'It's a small world'.

they keep calling my business number, in which i have an answering service that charges PER CALL. they are costing me a fortune, calling at least 3 times a day. does anyone have a solution???

We get 3 to 5 calls a day and no one at the other end will say anything. I did not even know who was calling till I looked up the phone number. I here recorded message that someone will be with me shortly and I wait and wait and most of the time no one answers and then they hang up.
I just one of these calls while I am typing this.

If this is citicard or shell they need to look at there employees or the company they are out sourcing to, bad business practice.
I had even called them to resolve the issue.

Same here - they've called 10+ times today. I've picked up 4-5 times; there is never any sound on the other end.

i get calls from this number(859-283-8074) about 3-5 times a day. No answer on the other side either. I really want to cuss them out or even find out where they at so i can get al qaeda on them.

These people aren't Citi-Bank don't pay them they are scammers, first of all they would have your name and address and would first notify by mail with your detailed account information, they are attempting to get your personal information, you should call CITI-Bank's number that is listed on your card to make sure your account is okay and if you keep receiving a call from the number listed on this website have the this number block from your phone or just tell the person that you are going to call the police and that should take care of your problem, because this is what I did on 11/11/10, they kept calling my house saying that my wife owed them $ 4,000 dollars which couldn't be posssible because the account is closed and nothing  could be charged on a closed account, I promptly told the lady on the other end of the line that we weren't give them one dime, stop calling and I was reporting them to the police

Contact your cell phone carrier and explain to them that you want this number blocked and that should solve your problem

This company called my home phone on 11/11/10 three times and told my wife that she owes them $4,000 dollars for charges, this isn't possible because there are no charges and her citibank account has been closed about ten years, when I picked up the phone and told the lady on the other end that wwe were calling the police she hung up the phone and didn't call back,

The people who are calling aren't from citibank they are somebody who are trying to scam you. don't communicate with them and get your number blocked. and if they are the real CITI-Bank annd are doing this I would suggest you talk to a lawyer because what they are doing is definiteky illegal

This person from this number started calling me on11/10/2010,  he called twice that day, twice the next day and three times today and didn't leave a message. I called the number yesterday and it asked for my account number. I believe this person is trying to hack into my bank account.

They just called, some guy left a rambling message about a $3.99 pizza deal...  WTF???

Don't even have a CITI account at all and this call comes in at least 3 times a day.
