I missed several phone calls from this number, when I call back, they claim to be citicard and ask for my account num.
Then I called citicard security division to verify the number--they never use this number.
So be careful, this is 100% scam. Nothing more, Nothing less

All you have to do is download the form, fill it our and state that; (XYZ) Company at Phone number, Address, is bugging me.
And send it in, a few days later no more stupid phone calls from the one you named.

Have faith, if the company conducts business in the USA, your state can shut them down.

Call ID says Kentucky - The caller NEVER leaves a MSG, when I call it the # back it says CitiBank, I had a Union 76 card with them that THEY cxled, I was ALWAYS on time when paying it (even now when I'm unemployed) and then all of a sudden they sent me a letter saying they ran my TRW and my score came back lower than they wanted it to be so they cxled it, which they can do.. So they are now getting the min $12.00 a mth...

I have gotten calls from this number (1-859-283-8074) several times a day for the past few days. I would hang up at once, but a minute later I would pick up the phone and they would still be connected. Finally, some woman came on and asked if she could speak to the "Citi Card Holder". I told her bluntly that I had NO Citi accounts, I never have, and am on the "Do Not Call" registry.

 She said that her records indicated that my account was in arrears and she needed my account number to "work with me" about the situation. I told her that I am a corporate security consultant, and will be tracking her number down and investigating her. I also reported this to the State Attorney General Office (consumer fraud division) and also made out a complaint with the "Do Not Call" registry folks.

  It's now been 24 hours without a call, so I am hopeful.

These idiots have been calling for the past month. They have called 5 times since six thirty in the morning. When I asked to be placed on the do not call list they said that they needed written confirmation, SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a scam. Someone is phishing for your information.  I received automated calls from this 859-283-8074 number, which was shown on ID Caller. It didn't say who it was from, but the voice asked you to call them back by dialing 888-279-2426 or 800-377-5145 in regard to your Citicard and/or Shell account, which I don't have.  However, when I called back, I was automatically forwarded to the voicemail that recorded "you have reached TPL fund; your call cannot be completed, please dial agian".  Due to curiosity, I re-dialed a few times and still heard the same messages.  Be careful, folks.

Yep, been getting these calls at least 3x a day for almost a week now. After reading the posts on this site, today I made a report to my state (Idaho) Attorney General's office. Gotta be a phishing scam.

Just activated a new phone # that NO ONE has, and have gotten numerous calls from this and other numbers. I stopped picking upm. The other calls Were similar to the above, these are the other #s: 9093911768, 8132741837

They have been calling for days, sometimes as many as 6 times a day starting early in the morning. I have told them twice to stop calling my home but they continue to harrass me.

I'm making regular payments on my account with Shell.,but still get calls from this #, so I just hang up on them.at least 5 a day and they start at 8.30am est even on sat and sun. I'm going to get a whistle and start blowing into the reciever

I keep getting calls from this number throughout the day. No one ever leaves a message. I dont have any credit card accounts. I closed all of mine many years ago.

I have been getting calls from 18592838074 for tha past few weeks. At fist i just assumed it was the wrong number, so I called them back.  They were trying to tell me I was late on one of my credit cards.  I ask for their a name, but the refused to give me their last name and address of the organization. Every agency by law has to give you that information. There were trying to inform me that I am late on a credit card. I am very good with paying my bills on time so didn't sound right to me, so I check my account on line and I wasn't.  Call them back and advise, them you will be involving the authorities if they keep calling.

Technologies, a Direct Marketing,and Web Marketing Co.External
They provide consumer email and mailing list to companies.
Clients of Telcordia are Master Card, Capital One, Vonage
Verizon, Dell, American Express, et.al.

They call multiple times a day, but I haven't answered because I didn't recognize the number. They never leave a msg.

Rec. call from this # for a Robert. I inquired to where this call originated
such as a company, etc. and the caller would not identify the company. The
call is coming in on my phone and I am the one paying for the service. I do
have a right to know who is calling and for what purpose. I would not give
out any information to this caller. She said it was a personal matter. I
still have the right to know for what this call concerns.

This number has been calling my work number repeatedly.  I don't answer, and I suggest that you don't either.

I just wish that they would leave a message so I could report them and have proof. I never answer calls that have a 858-,800-,888-,859-, etc. etc. etc. because I don't like telemarketer calls. Now I know I'm making the right decision not to talk to them. This site has been very helpful.
