this lady wanted a donation for breast cancer and i told her that i would not be able to at this time....while reading the "spill" she was very nice and cordial and when I told her I would not be able to at this time, the lady said okay in a very rude voice and hung up.........i'm getting more and more leary on things like this.....i'm afraid to even buy anything over the phone any more......

forgot to mention that i am on the dnc list also......

Call started with a 'bot saying "Sorry for the delay, we will be with you shortly."  
A man came on, saying "I'm with AC Services and we're asking for money for breast cancer research."
I said "I don't give to charities over the phone, put me on your do not call list."
"We never take money over the phone, we would like to send you a pledge card. Can I put down your support for the ladies?"
"Put me on your Do not call list, goodbye."

This was an "abandoned" or "dead air" call. "Abandoned" calls (telemarketing calls that are not connected to a live representative within 2 seconds after you answered; characterized by "dead air") from any source - including "legitimate" charities and their telemarketing agents - should be reported as such to the FCC. Go to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm to do this.

calls and hangs up as soon as phone is answered--DAILY--not always same number, but same people, undoubtedly. I certainly do no believe they are from any cancer charity!

The caller was very rude. When she said my name i said excuse me? because i didnt know if she was asking for me, and she screamed it and was like "IM LOOKING for MRS PERRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" so rude. then i hung up on the [***]

No message.

An woman called and asking for me. Stupidly I said yes. And she hung up.  
Thanks for trolling for live phone/persons. Now I can expect more calls.
Watch out for the trolls. Never give affirmative response to someone you don't know.  Good Luck.

Have started to receive calls several times a day for past 2 or 3 weeks.we  don't answer the phone when when we see it's an 800 number.  However, prior experience shows it to be the Breast Cancer Society calling.  Unfortunately they are exempt from the Do No Call List as a non-profit org.

My Aunt was approched by someone from this #.  She
claims to be confused by the call.  She is worried,
rightfully so !

calls multiple times a day - no message left

It is from a porn site customer service company, they have many sites, the charge of your ( or your soon to be ex's ) credit card bill will show  PAY-CSR.COM and will show this # - call it and they will tell you it's an adult customer service provider - I did.

Called the number back and it is a recording about how to donate to their society. I left a message asking them to call back. We're getting a number of hang up calls at our dental office.

Unidentified caller.  They call every single day.  I do not answer calls from numbers that are not identified on my caller ID.
