Tired of it all! Everyone's wants money...I do not answer my phone when an toll free calls comes in...I'm on the Do Not Call list and I still get these calls.

Called 8:30 Sunday 02/08/2009 very rude told them not to call here again as we are on a do not call list. Claiming to be seeking donations for breast cancer.

For some reason, what some people deem "decent" organizations are rather stupidly either allowing an outside organization do their bidding for raising funds or the calling party is part of another oganization that has NOTHING to do with the "decent one and is soliciting info from you to sell to third parties. Most of these organizations don't give a flying pig whether you request to be removed, are on the dnc list or anything else.
I have a 4 step process. Register a complaint on dnc. Register a complaint with FCC AND FTC and lastly make a recording of the message and or phone call and send it to my congress person. After I have a few hundred recordings and or complaints I'm going national TV and rout the A$$holes via publicity.

This is a fund raising company, representing a number of institiutions,  One day it's for breast cancer, the next it is for fire fighters, etc.
It is most likely American Community Services.

These calls started coming after the ones from another charity fundraiser was blocked.  Think they are all the same company.  One tells you it's for breast cancer, the other for cancer support, another for firefighters support.  

Is there anyone out there that can stop them?

These are the people who are sub contracting to have those calls made, I myself have already been sending complaints to the BBB and the FTC. It may be a good cause but it is run by bad people, if you call and let them have it the calls will stop.

Called 5 times the last hour.  It shows up as "Unknown Name, Unknown Number".  I answered a few days ago and said, "We do not give money to people who solicit funds over the phone."  We gave money to the con artists several times.  We got them to send something through the mail and it said they employed professional fund raisers and kept 80% of the donations.  If you want their official status most states have it in the attorney generals database.
