OMG this is hilarious - this number keeps calling me and leaving a 2 second vm that is in spanish! I have Visual Voicemail and it is trying to convert speech to text - here is Sprint's attempt at changing it to text - "You to see, I try to Tim and sucking on your question in the."

I'm not trying to be offensive - that is 100% their attempt at conversion.

And since I've had $100 overages each month at Sprint ever since I got an Evo in June 2010, it's probably better for them that they don't hear my response to the survey, especially since I spent all day at the tech center with no resolution.

Good for you - I used to say that too. I WAS a customer since Sprint first started and I'm now leaving - just waiting another month so I don't have to pay out my contract.

I agree I have been with them for 6-7 years. They have always have respected my privacy and have great costomer service!

Took one of the posters advice, called them back, had to go through a few selections to answer the 1st question then hung up. I'll see if they stop calling now that I've answered - which is  my goal.

Be careful - when they ask you if you called Sprint Customer Service recently - don't say "NO" even if it is the truth.  They will proceed to tell you to inform the person who DID call them, to call them back so that that person can take the survey....then you'll have to start all over!

I have had Sprint 8+ years and have never had a problem

When I get a call from any of these numbers (I've learned to recognize tehm) I just pick up the phone, blow my coach's whistle into the receiver and hang up.

I believe this is Sprint customer service.  I called them yesterday to cancel my lines, and the person on the other end refused to do this.  Said that they would call me right back.  Did not do this.  I received a call 24 hours later, but no one left message.  How are we supposed to do business like this?  Caller ID did not even say Sprint.  Had to gather that from this website.

Since you are a paid Sprint representative, of course you are happy.  Please.

yeah well all companies have their ups and downs, its only a matter of time till they get your # and spam you, I got only one call from this number so far ... I have had Sprint since jan and no bogus calls since then till today,.. I switched from Verizon and tmoblie due to spam bs it happens and will happen everywhere.....so switching does not help 3 companies and still same spam calling,... GL

Got a call from this number today.  It was Sprint calling to do a survey b/c I had recently changed my service.  Love the company b/c they have the best for the money.  Maybe not the best service in remote areas, but don't want my cell phone on when I'm in remote areas anyway.

No message left.  I guess I will assume it is Sprint.  They should leave a message, though.  Especially since they called my cell.

Someone called me from this number and when called back, I didn't get no ringtone.

Everytime you call sprint customer service they tell you at the end of the phone call that you may be getting a phone call to ask you how your service was!

how do I stop this call from my cell phone?
