SPRINT ROCKS!!!!  I have the BEST PLAN, EXCELLENT coverage, and customer service does back flips to keep me happy.  Guess you just have to know how to work the system.

it was sprint customer care, a very annoying questionnaire about services rendered during a phone call I made regarding my phone. they want you to answer 5 questions and then speak out loud about how they could have improved your service. I would like to rate this questionnaire 5 in being very annoying. at least it wasn't a bill collector trying to collect on a debt from 20 years ago.

I got a call from this number FIVE TIMES IN A ROW.  Now that I know it is Sprint, I may answer it next time. Maybe.  It SHOULD say Sprint on the caller ID.  Or at least leave a voice mail.  My cable provider never leaves a voice mail either.  It is annoying.

They are calling every few hours for the past 4 days and not leaving a message. Very annoying.

Got a call from this number. It was from Sprint to rate my experience with a call I had made to their call center.

I received two calls on 4/22 on my cell.  Caller ID comes up as "(Unknown)", so I didn't answer, and no message was left.

If this is a call from Sprint, and if anyone from Sprint is monitoring this board, please have the courtesy to identify yourself through Caller ID... I never answer or return a call unless I know who it's from.

It is Sprint, if you have their service and have changed anything on line, via phone or email or requested info they will have the Sprint survey team call for follow-up. If you did contact them take the call and the brief survey. It's the only way to let them know how you feel. I called 2 days ago when I noticed voice mail to text was running on my phone. I did not subscribe to it and wanted to make sure I wasn't getting billed for it. They were just following up. The calls are generated by an auto dialer, that is why it won't leave a message...it can't it needs a pick up to proceed. I guess if you don't answer your phone you'll continue to get these calls.

It's just a Sprint support call follow-up survey, asking if you were satisfied with your service. I, for one, was *very* satisfied. Never before have I called a company for support, and gotten Americans who were easy to understand, didn't just read a script I could have wrote in my sleep, and actually knew more about what the company did internally than I do.

Oh, and the spanish bit on the voicemail is the last little clip of the "For english, press 1. Para español, presione 2" blurb at the beginning of the call.

You have got to be kidding or getting paid by Sprint!  Sprint has the wors service we have ever had.
Lost calls, no service (standing in same spot from previous calls), busy network, all kind of messages. Verizon the best! I wish I can go back.

well we can see that you are either paid by sprint or need to do your research.  Oh and a PHONE does not make a  COMPANY "amazing."
