- Carlit was sprint customer care, a very annoying questionnaire about services rendered during a phone call I made regarding my phone. they want you to answer 5 questions and then speak out loud about how they could have improved your service. I would like to rate this questionnaire 5 in being very annoying. at least it wasn't a bill collector trying to collect on a debt from 20 years ago.

- MichaelI got a call from this number FIVE TIMES IN A ROW. Now that I know it is Sprint, I may answer it next time. Maybe. It SHOULD say Sprint on the caller ID. Or at least leave a voice mail. My cable provider never leaves a voice mail either. It is annoying.

- SteveI received two calls on 4/22 on my cell. Caller ID comes up as "(Unknown)", so I didn't answer, and no message was left.
If this is a call from Sprint, and if anyone from Sprint is monitoring this board, please have the courtesy to identify yourself through Caller ID... I never answer or return a call unless I know who it's from.- Caller: Unknown
- dwpschIt is Sprint, if you have their service and have changed anything on line, via phone or email or requested info they will have the Sprint survey team call for follow-up. If you did contact them take the call and the brief survey. It's the only way to let them know how you feel. I called 2 days ago when I noticed voice mail to text was running on my phone. I did not subscribe to it and wanted to make sure I wasn't getting billed for it. They were just following up. The calls are generated by an auto dialer, that is why it won't leave a message...it can't it needs a pick up to proceed. I guess if you don't answer your phone you'll continue to get these calls.

Never before have I called a company for support, and gotten Americans who were easy to understand, didn't just read a script I could have wrote in my sleep, and actually knew more about what the company did internally than I do.

- Lyn| 1 replyOMG this is hilarious - this number keeps calling me and leaving a 2 second vm that is in spanish! I have Visual Voicemail and it is trying to convert speech to text - here is Sprint's attempt at changing it to text - "You to see, I try to Tim and sucking on your question in the."
I'm not trying to be offensive - that is 100% their attempt at conversion.
And since I've had $100 overages each month at Sprint ever since I got an Evo in June 2010, it's probably better for them that they don't hear my response to the survey, especially since I spent all day at the tech center with no resolution.- Caller: Sprint?

- LisaTook one of the posters advice, called them back, had to go through a few selections to answer the 1st question then hung up. I'll see if they stop calling now that I've answered - which is my goal.
Be careful - when they ask you if you called Sprint Customer Service recently - don't say "NO" even if it is the truth. They will proceed to tell you to inform the person who DID call them, to call them back so that that person can take the survey....then you'll have to start all over!- Caller: Sprint
